Surprising how some modern temples like that of Adi Yogninath temple was listed, bt old, famous, magnificent, and vibrant temples like that of Rameshwar, Srisailam, and Brihadeshwar temple had been excluded in the list!
Shri Kedarnath Dham And Shri Tungnath temple are the ones I have visited. Mesmerizing beauty. I would like to visit Shri Somnath And Shri Kandariya Mahadev temple
Tungnath is still my best visit so far.. That place is really something and u can also add the highest shivling which is at Chandrashila.. Its 2 kms above Tungnath... It gives you a 360° view of the whole valley around ❤️😍
Har har mahadev!! I strongly suggest visiting the Big Temple in Tanjavur!! It is a beautiful Shiva temple with ammamamazing architecture!! Can't wait to go to Murdeshwar as soon as this pandemic gets over.. Amarnath and Kedarnath are right up my list too😍😍🙏🙏

It was a nice video with all the Shiva temples. One thing I noticed that was missing in this video is the Chola kings (Architects of various temples in South India and Sout East Asia) constructions. Two of the notable ones are Tanjore Big Temple (Brahadeeswara (Shiva)) under UNESCO heritage site and Chidambaram Natraja (Dance form of Shiva) temple from Tamil Nadu
The first Shiva temple is in Tamil Nadu "uthirakosamangai" older than gudimallam .... In this uthirakosamangai temple the Shiva as natraj and the only temple have Shiva statue in emerald please add this also...

What I loved about your video is that u didn't restrict to jyotirlinga temples only.. What could have been better is the expansion of this list to atleast 20 temples, though it would still probably not do justice to the magnificent Shiva temples spread across the length and breadth of the country!.. Having said that if you include Ellora than the magnificent Shiva temples of Khajuraho and Gangaikonda Cholapuram deserve a place in this list. ❤ Om Namah Shivay!..
Chidambaram Natarajar temple ( Greatest place where you will get mukthi when you have the darshan of Mahadev in Natarajar form. Many great Nayanmars got mukthi here. Here Natarajar is in the form of Parama shiva - The controller of 5 works that keeps universe into existence and he grants mukthi to his devotees), Thiruvannamalai Arunachaleshwarar Temple (Place where you get mukthi when you just think about him. When you just think about Annamalayar, Mukthi is granted. Lord Shiva's footprint is in the hill behind the temple. When Shiva grew as Infinite flame, Brahma and vishnu weren't able to find the start and end of the flame and the flame is Shiva himself. They accepted that they were created by lord shiva. On request of Vishnu's devotion to shiva that he needs to show his true form so that they would be able to worship Shiva. So accepting his request and showed his true form and Shiva's footprint was imprinted on the hill and a linga was formed on the base of the hill and in future the temple was built) and many temples must be added on from Tamil Nadu side.

In my personal opinion minimum 32 to 35 Shiva temple are very popular. I think , Brihadisvara Temple, Thanjavur. Vadakkunnathan Temple, Thrissur, Ramanathanswami Temple, Rameshwaram, Lingaraja Temple, Bhubaneswar, Nellaiappar Temple, Tirunelveli, Trimbakeshwar Temple, Nasik, Vaidyanath Temple, Deoghar, Nagnath Temple, Aundha , Maharashtra and another Pancha Bhoot shiva temple and another Jyotirling also included these list
Never say "He is one of the most powerful Gods", its insulting Lord Shiva. Shiva itself means all the millions of universes residing within him/her. Shiva is the begining and end..so he is not "one of", he is "The one".
Lord Shiva is the universe u can't put in a any temple in the world so the temples r only for the prayer &to get positive energy from the cosmos if ur believing the universe as a existence of the God then ur the blessed one om namashivaya 🙏🙏
