Bad thing about Kdramas being in Disney and Hulu.. They are not in the original language with subtitles! I think that destroys the movie!! The best part is hearing the Korean language! Please stop Anericanizing Kdramas! They are much better left alone with Eng Subs! Thank you !!
Exactly...watched Snowdrop on Disney PLUS. Had it not been Jung Hae In....I would not have watched it!!! Leave it in native tongue and place the subtitles....keeps it from coming off as a cheap film!!!
Ooooh alot of good things coming! Looking forward to seeing Seo Kang Joon back again after his military absence. He's so cute. IMO Kdramas have been a little odd/lacking lately.
I was also missing him in dramas. Yes, I hope 2025 brings some great dramas. Actually, 2024 had many good K-dramas, but I still feel it didn’t surpass 2023. Even the ones considered good still had something missing. And many dramas that had immense potential ended up disappointing at the end, either losing their pace or not delivering what they promised. But I think 2025 will be really good. there are several dramas I have high hopes for, and one of them is Our Movie.
I live close to the Mexico border. I always go for kislux , their quality is great. Some of them are made with leather and really hard to tell the difference from real or not. Either way, itâs your choice. No judgement from me
Unfortunately, we are losing that 16-episode standard we used to have in K-dramas. Especially with those that are OTT platform originals and not from Korean broadcasters, this is mainly due to cost reduction. In recent years, there have been many complaints about the increase in actor fees, and the South Korean entertainment industry is going through a crisis because of rising production costs. Most broadcasters have already reduced the number of dramas they produced in previous years. And for major platforms that have an audience demanding Korean content, it’s more advantageous to make two 8-episode dramas rather than one 16-episode drama, because costs are lower, and they still gain in viewership. But I agree with you; I also like the 16-episode format, I was already used to it.

I agree. It’s disrespectful not allowing us to hear them speak their native Korean. Why dub in English. It doesn’t sound right
I watched red swan, judge from he'll on Disney +. They were all in original Korean language with sub. You might need to adjust your language settings

Such cool shows and great actors
These casts are fantastic! If it depends on the acting, these dramas will definitely be a success.

If I counted right, there was 9 romance dramas, so I will probably watch those.

I prefer 12 episodes, no filler content then.
I think Our Movie will be exciting. I’ll be eagerly waiting for it!
I have high hopes for this K-drama. It’s going to be an emotional story, and the cast really delivers!
