That’s exactly what happened to me. I went to home depot to pick up and order turned out a driver before me picked up 2 orders and gave the customers the wrong orders and I was sent down to replace once of the orders but Home Depot wouldn’t do it because technically they were delivered just not to the right customers. They were switched like your first two orders. At least you went back and fixed your mistake the driver in my market didn’t. I don’t know if he got deactivated but I’ll tell you Home Depot knows who it is and they will probably ban him from future pick ups.

Home Depot navigator will switch the drop offs after u hit start. I learned the hard way as well.

Great video! One tip I would highly recommend is to have them print out the paperwork. That way you won't get mixed up on the orders. The paperwork will have what the items are and then also on the roadie app you can change your routes especially we have more than one pickup and drop off

I’m in the Philadelphia/South Jersey area and Roadie pays horrible around here like 10-18.00 per order and they never let you get more than one at a time!

Them HD runs are fantastic. All the ones in my market that are worth running are at least 3 times the mileage for the same pay.
Sometimes in my area they are the same way. I don’t think they really calculate miles until a certain number.
You dont have paperwork and picture to verify before completing, slow down sometimes and you take a picture as soon as they give you each order for that exact reason

Yes... I think they (Roadie) would have deactivated you, if you made no attempt to correct the mistake, since it was your mistake and not something like the store/pick up points mistake. Good job owning it and making it right!👍

I tell people all the time, don’t ever sleep on Roadie. It’s a hit and a miss at times, but it’s still pays on the offers you wanna do.

just make sure from now on when you get to the stop check the photo to confirm the right items. one of the best things about the roadie app. makes it hard to mix up items.

I made the same mistake a few days ago. They didn't pay me until i went back and switched the items and sent them proof of delivery. They never mentioned anything about deactivating me.
