Fiesta is one of my favorite cars, the amount you pay for the fantastic dynamics and high revving engine is just a great deal. I'm glad I was able to afford a new one in the last year of production. Just got those pesky student loans paid off.
best looking car on its class, more like a subcompact aston martin, won international engine of the year award 3 years in a row 2O12-14. got five stars on Euro Ncap Safety Rating, 2O14 Automotive Excellence Award for handling, won Car of the Year by topgear and more than 22 other awards and ford used to own jaguar & aston martin, check every VS youtube videos of Fiesta on it and fiesta often wins
Fiesta is way better than Honda fit, Fit have painfully uncomfortable front seats for distance travel, Noisy Engine, Blind spot- difficult to see approching cars on right in heavy traffic, Very rough & choppy ride; steering wheel overly responsive. I immediately sold my 2month Fit over Fiesta.
$20,000 and you have to pull out the wing mirrors? In the UK I'm getting one new for under £12K and the wing mirrors automatically open and close when you lock/unlock the car. Titanium.
That's $20,000 US, or the equivalent of 12,300 British Pounds, so its about the same. Also, cars in the UK are built differently with different features for different demographics. Roads are tiny and parking is limited, so understandably auto-folding mirrors are real handy. Here in the US though, most people go their entire lives without ever folding a side-view mirror. On the flip side, I'm sure we get a few features that people in Europe don't really care about.
Driven Car Reviews :( Well if you are ever in Canadia I hope you get to review it. They also have them in Mexico but are called Nissan March. Thanks for the reviews :)
i own this car i love it but every now and then my phone disconnects form Bluetooth and i have repair it dont know it might be my phone i have the google nexus and the navigation is great but i have not go it to understand voice directions i always have to manually enter the address but i do highly recommend this car
Bluetooth can be flakey sometimes. I have found over the years that phones will disconnect from various devices for no reason. A friend of mine who develops software says there's a saying about Bluetooth- "They'll definitely nail it in the next version". Keep in mind that as the tech continues to evolve, old Bluetooth devices (such as your cars system) don't. There's always the possibility of problems down the road. One thing that helped me, restore your phone from scratch, not from a backup, but like you were buying an all-new phone. My iPhone was dropping off devices left and right. After a restore, I've had 3 months of rock solid connections. Knock on wood...
I've had this car from new and I love it except for the door geometry. Getting in and out is dire on the 2 door version. Never again will I buy a 2 door. 2 door means wider doors meaning you have to open them wider, a problem in car parks. Very awkward to get in and out for a short person. Otherwise a brilliant car.
Not really for a budget, the car is over 20k including tax and fees. I could've bought a used luxury car for the price. The Nissan Versa is a budget car, 16k fully loaded.
You do not know how to use manual transmission if you make less mpg with it instead of automatic. Only new BMW and Mercedes are more fuel efficient as automatics
No roll back? That takes all the fun out of it. I'd disabled it if possible. All I need is an inch on a 35° grade. I used to roll back and hit aholes on purpose sometimes, when I had my Cavalier. Well twice.
I don't like the hill holder. I like to rock back and forth and watch the too close person behind crap their pants. I could like this package minus the leather.
This car is fantastic. It does great on most dirt roads too.. It has 6.4 inches of ground clearance compared to 4.4 of the Honda fit.
What a nice car do drive Ford really did on this one
Great review. You pack a lot of info into a few minutes.

So.. Kathy ever said something back?
Didn't know you're a Fanilow Tom! I like the rhythm of your reviews!
Love mine. Green Envy paint anf black leather interior. My stereo shuts off occasionally, other than that no problems.

Can you please review a Chevy sonic?!?!?!
For some reason I have a hard time getting over the front fascia of the Fiesta... if I could do that, I'd probably be OK with it.
Can you do the Nissan micra? It's in Canada now
I'm in the US, sorry.

Driven Car Reviews A reason as good as any to come and visit our beautiful country, Tom.
Don't forget the maple syrup!
Impromptu vacation to Vancouver BC to test the Micra

Yes you can turn it off... Sounds like you're the asshole though.
0-60 in 8.5 seconds?? really?
@hiphophead555 haha yea I bought this car and my best time was 10.74sec

+Eddie Last If that's a deal breaker, know that the hold feature only lasts for about 5 seconds then it releases. I'll be watching for you...
I know it's late, but for anyone else reading through the comments, know that you can turn off hill assist in the car's settings page.
Thanks Bacon! People are still rolling through here.
I think you should compare Fiesta with 2015 Honda Fit. I will use the money to buy Honda Fit instead since its much more roomyier and practical...
Really the Fiesta is all around a much better car than the fit but yes the back is a bit smaller I have a 2014se and love it
