What is Emergency Management?

Todd Horton, Director of the Williamson County EMA (TN) gives a detailed and excellent presentation on the purpose and organization of the EMA. He also talks about the construction and capabilities of our Public Safety Center building... a facility built to withstand an F5 tornado!
There were some technical difficulties with the recording of this presentation. Battery failure led to our inability to capture about 5 minutes of Todd's talk. Apologies to him for our visit from Murphy, whose Law made itself known that day. Thanks to Gary Hedden for his work in making the closing section of audio more understandable.
