By far my favourite meditative channel, when I can’t sleep I put earphones on, lay still and drift to sleep peacefully. If I don’t I always feel much more relaxed by the end of it regardless
Putting this track on in the background while writing essays has really helped me focus. My attention and focus is horrible if there are too many things going on to distract me. This video really helps me feel zen and makes it much easier to tone out the other distractions around me while working.
In a world where everyone around me seems to leave and i always end up in solitude ive come to understand that maybe its meant to be maybe im just meant to be alone its tough and sad at times but it is what it is. Its very tiring giving all your support and help to people giving your mind and soul to people just to have them disappear from your life and time doesn’t stop it moves faster and faster i just wish that i realized all this a little sooner

Perhaps you are a healer of a kind... people come into to gain what they need from you then leave you to solitude when they are done. Perhaps selfish of them, but your nature may know better. Stay strong.
