I noticed in this one you mentioned taking a moringa supplement -- I am in my final year of medical school and always always always tell my patients to stay away from moringa as it commonly causes kidney failure! It is actually something we see in clinic very often. Just wanted to let you know as a lot of people are not aware. Hope you have a great weekend

@@laurasharp6838 Moringa has been shown to speed up the process of clotting, which may account for some of the beneficial healing properties some people experience, but also can have a multitude of negative effects. I have personally seen many cases of pulmonary embolisms and renal failure where the patient did not have any other risk factors. For this reason, moringa is not a supplement I would ever promote or take myself :)
You could do a “The Airport Lost My Luggage…” title and pick up everything you would need to survive your vacation (or my friend’s destination wedding, or my vacation abroad), but you should include any brushes or blenders because we would need those too.

I know it can be so discouraging to have to supplement breast-feeding with formula (especially with the shortages going on), But you are still “successfully” breast-feeding, No matter how much or how often you are able to feed her. Count this as a win that both you and Tyler have the opportunity to feed and bond your little girl. (But also: solidarity, mama. I’ve been there!)

The village naturals bath salts in the chronic pain relief are AMAZING!!! You should definitely get that one for when your hip is acting up…..I was thoroughly impressed with how much better I felt after using those in my bath after a rough day at work.

If you count that one, I’m on my third loreal bronzer. And I have all 3 colors for every season. The title for that video idea, which I would love to see, “If I lost all my makeup (on vacation), these are the products I’d repurchase (replace).” …or something like that. I always enjoy your videos. And I’ve been watching for YEARS! Like when you were a teacher. From one Hoosier to another, keep up the great work. And enjoy those beautiful babies. They truly grow up too fast. We are new empty nesters. And although I’m enjoying this season of life, I miss having my boys nearby.
Jessy I think you would like detergent sheets, they are very convenient and depending on the brand also economical. Most brand do offer a fragrance free option. To my understanding they are discontinuing the Norwegian formular cream with fragrance, supposedly the fragrance free one is staying
So I'm breastfeeding right now and I had 5 clogs and got mastitis once in the first few weeks of my daughter's life and I can say for sure: sunflower lecithin has been a lifesaver - not for milk production cause I was an overproducer, but for thinning out the milks texture. Not that that's something you needed BUT because of it, I started pumping less and I thought maybe it caused my supply to diminish so I started drinking Mother's Milk tea. I drank it 3 times a day and I can't say for certain if it helped, but it seemed to me like it did. Not by some astronomical amount but I feel like my supply was about 25% better after. It tastes good either way lol

They reformulated the hand cream without parabens (which they do in Europe as I noticed in a pharmacy in Italy a few years ago). Packaging is also slightly different. Still buy it online at Target! It’s been my holy grail for over ten years.
I use the 7th Generation Free and Clear for all our clothes. I have sensitive skin and fragrance in laundry detergent sometimes gives me a reaction. I’ve tried many brands “free and clear”, I think 7h Generation is the best.

The Algenist night pressed serum is one of the best products I've ever used.....I always get so excited when I find it cheaper at TJ Maxx or Marshalls. 😂 The Genius ultimate anti-aging face cream and the eye cream from the same line are also both really good. Their overnight restorative cream is great for when you have dry skin in the winter too.
I have eczema on my hands that flared up really bad with increased washing of my hands during lockdowns. I have used the Neutrogena stuff for years but my dermatologist told me the Cerave healing ointment works wonders on chapped and dry skin. You can buy it in a squeeze tube and a tub. The Neutrogena is hard to find and during lockdowns the Cerave was hard too but it’s gotten better.
I legit just did one of those videos after completely forgetting to pack my makeup on vacation! I Love those videos for the tried and true factor, but I also found a new blush fav! If you want to see it for some inspo check out Wandering Viking. We have a lot of the same tastes.
Title suggestion -- My Makeup Bag is GONE! Off to the drugstore we go!! A suggestion for the Neutrogena Hand Cream, try Beekman1802 Hand Salve, comes in Pure and other fragrances. The orange smells like a creamsicle. I switched when I was unable to find the Neutrogena unscented tubes.
I have been going around suggesting this video/reel to a couple people - similar to heavily advertised products but more like "things the algorithm advertised to me that I would never buy" so things like Amazon ads/suggestions, random ads that are completely not what you would buy etc.
I know you like tea and I found one that actually tasted good to help with your milk supply. It's from Pink Stork, it's called Lactation Smooth Vanilla Tea. It's organic and caffeine free! I love all of your videos and always click on them before I even read the title!

They reformulated the hand cream without parabens (which they do in Europe as I noticed in a pharmacy in Italy a few years ago). Packaging is also slightly different. Still buy it online at Target! It’s been my holy grail for over ten years.
I use the 7th Generation Free and Clear for all our clothes. I have sensitive skin and fragrance in laundry detergent sometimes gives me a reaction. I’ve tried many brands “free and clear”, I think 7h Generation is the best.

The Algenist night pressed serum is one of the best products I've ever used.....I always get so excited when I find it cheaper at TJ Maxx or Marshalls. 😂 The Genius ultimate anti-aging face cream and the eye cream from the same line are also both really good. Their overnight restorative cream is great for when you have dry skin in the winter too.
Only the Norwegian Formula Hand Cream with fragrance is discontunued. The unfragranced one is not discontinued.
I have eczema on my hands that flared up really bad with increased washing of my hands during lockdowns. I have used the Neutrogena stuff for years but my dermatologist told me the Cerave healing ointment works wonders on chapped and dry skin. You can buy it in a squeeze tube and a tub. The Neutrogena is hard to find and during lockdowns the Cerave was hard too but it’s gotten better.

A suggestion for the Neutrogena Hand Cream, try Beekman1802 Hand Salve, comes in Pure and other fragrances. The orange smells like a creamsicle. I switched when I was unable to find the Neutrogena unscented tubes.
I have been going around suggesting this video/reel to a couple people - similar to heavily advertised products but more like "things the algorithm advertised to me that I would never buy" so things like Amazon ads/suggestions, random ads that are completely not what you would buy etc.

I use all free and clear on all of our laundry and just buy the gain scent booster pellets to add when I want specific loads to smell good.
