its not nostalgia its called feeling natural , these shows doesnt try to be Master piece they try to be what they are and which make them stand out, also technically speaking since these frame of the anime of that time was drawn by hand also used real life colour which tone is naturally suitable to eye , it gives our brain that pleasent feeling of harmony. And since in contrast modern anime use digital colour with not much care in tone quality proportional to pleasure felt by our brain thus , looking this 80 anime give you the ease in brain thus you subconsciously co relate this feeling with nostalgia since majority of innocent ease you have felt in your childhood.

I miss the 80's & 90's
