still, it’s not okay to ask your daughter for explicit pictures. i know he is, but he’s a crappy father. it’s okay to try and make a relationship with your father but you cannot ghost your daughter. If he never apologized he’s a bad person. Back into the story, the first time he asked for the photos, no. Just no. You cannot asked for that, especially so openly. He said no regrets. Her sister is wrong. You cannot just forgive him for that. It’s not that easy.

No, she is definitely not the a**hole. A marriage is a partnership, not a one-way street, and having a baby in a marriage is no different. Pregnancy is physically exhausting for a woman and turning off the lights is a simple task, especially if you're already up and by the door. And the fact that the mother-in-law agreed is astonishing, because she knows how draining pregnancy is on women and makes tasks more tiring, so her taking his side is ridiculous.
If I were her, I would divorce that man and take that baby away from him. He's lazy and insensitive and doesn't deserve to be a dad.

That pregnancy one, with the father saying nothing will change, is just right out cruel. The girl was/is pregnant, and therefore is carrying lots of weight, most of the time very hungry and has every say in whether she keeps the baby or not. He should treat her with respect, and if he treats the mother like that then how is there proof that when the kids proper young, he won’t force them to do the chores? For the last part, I’m speaking out of experience. And at this point, my second eldest sister is four months pregnant so hearing that story really ticked me off. The man needs to treat the woman with respect, and not force her into doing things he should know she can’t do.
