Bow and Arrow Choke from Mount: 3 Simple Variations

In this video we'll be looking at a classic choke: The Bow and Arrow Choke from mount. I typically like 3 different variations on this choke all depending on how my opponent chooses to defend. This is a great technique for BJJ White belts wanting to develop a strong submissions skillset!
