1st off...love the blue exterior but not so much in the island! I love the island though...just not the color. I really like the utility room! Nice drop zone and I love countertop to fold clothes on. Great utility sink too! The activity/ family room is big enough to go in many directions. I can see the family watching movies, playing video games or even a good old "game night" with board cames or playing cards. The primary suite was great too. The price was definitely right and the icing in the cake was that lifetime warranty! Missed hearing the commentary but it was a great, albeit SILENT tour! Thanks Nate!
Id like to see the cooktop and oven separated, and the sink and dishwasher in the island. I like that the toilet in the master bath is open to the room; it's easier for the handicapped/disabled, because water closets aren't wheelchair accessible.
Like the blue exterior and blue island. Nice large diagonal kitchen. Liked the activity room and four bedrooms, one for an office. Good price and nice to have lifetime warranty to
Hmmm. I like that the hall bath isn't tiny and has a door into the laundry/ mud room. If the garage was there, it would be quite handy. I am not a fan of the tiny bedrooms. They get too hot or cold, depending on which air is blowing. I no longer have a flock of kids, so I would make the game room a bedroom and put the two 10×10 rooms together and have a 10x 15 and a 5 foot walk-in closet. The 9 by 10 would be my office. It's a large house for the money, and it's great for a big family, but not really what I am looking for. But thanks for the tour!
Hello Nate! Too bad about your voice on this one. But at least you got over it!! #1) The Closet in the hall on way to bedrooms could work as a Coat Closet as it's close to the front door. In the Living Room we'd get a Gas Fireplace and put a Mantle above it to put the TV on, or above. Carpet in the living room. #2) In the Dining Room there's room for Grandma's China Cabinet - and that's a deal breaker if there's not room! #3) In the Kitchen that island is too big. I'd put a smaller one in there and put wheels on it to move it around when needed - my wheelchair would make that needful a lot of the time. The Pantry isn't big enough, but at least there is one! #4) Guest Bedroom 4 on the floorplan, would be left as a Guest Bedroom. The Guest Bathroom would have a couple of minor changes; the door to the utility room would be permanently closed, and the commode moved so that there is plenty of room on both the left and right side off it. #5) The Activity Room would be turned into a GYM! #6) Guest Bedroom 3 on the floorplan would be divided. 3/4's of it would be enclosed and soundproofed and turned into my Music/Studio Room. The other 1/4 would be my Office with carpet in here. #7) Guest Bedroom 2 on the floorplan, including Both Closets for Bedrooms 2 & 3, would be turned into my Library with a small sitting area with carpet. #8) The Utility Room is a very good size. I believe there's a spot for an Upright Freezer in it. But if not, we won't use that"drop-off" area except to put junk there as it's just the two of us; so that can be removed if needed. We'd build a Garage outside that back door and build a Storage unit in it and put in a BIG Pantry, and probably a Pet Shower. We can also build a space for a chest freezer. #9) The Master Bedroom is a fair size; I like it. And we'd have carpet in the bedroom. I also love the fact the Closet has an opening in the Bedroom! But I don't like the opening into the bathroom. That I would close off. Also, the Water Heater Access would have to be moved to the Exterior of the house; I will Not have the water heater, nor the furnace access, being in the closets - don't even like them in the bathroom, but that is more acceptable. But Not in the Closets! Do you realize that you would have to move All your clothes and whatever else you have in that area for them to get to the water heater if it's in your closet? I for one, do not intend to do that! If they won't change the access to the exterior of the house, it can be moved into the utility room. (Don't like attic access anywhere except the hallways or utility room either!). In the Bathroom itself; as I need a Handicapped Tub, the tub shown would be replaced with one. As I would close the door going into the closet from the bathroom, I would then move the Commode over and leave plenty of room on both the right and left sides of it! I might make the Vanity Countertop longer. Although that space there could be used for a hamper. Decisions, decisions! The Tile Shower is nice. It has a door! No bench, but we do have a shower seat we can use in it if needed. Not sure I like the dark color of the tile though; so I might change that. I know changing a color scheme isn't a big deal and that there are usually several to pick from. #10) We'd build porches all around the house, some enclosed and some just covered, but mostly enclosed. In spite of you not having a voice on this one, it's not a bad video, Nate. God bless y'all.
I really like the kitchen, but not the blue on the island. If there were blue on, say the bottom cabinets but it looks odd on it's own. The utility room is lovely and the bathrooms.
I like this one but there is so much gray and white some tans or some other colors in it the bathrooms would look more classy with the square sinks. The primary shower needs that knee wall with the glass at the top so the door handle doesn’t hit the glass
Would use the activity room as an office. Really large utility room. Didn't like how you could hear the outside noises so clearly. Not much in the way of insulation.
That wall board doesn't bother me I could update other areas. Those wallboard strips comi8ng apart isnt anything Super Glue or Gorilla Glue couldn' t handle.
They seemed different you’re not talking if I’m hearing your voice, I like your opinion on some thing would you say you would do it would not do. I hope you’re feeling better.

Beautiful home, and very spacious
Thanks for showing this home... also glad to hear the lifetime warranty! Sorry we couldn't hear you on this home tour😢 Hope you're feeling better❤
I enjoyed this tour of the Murphy. I liked the floor plan.
I love a mstr closet that can be accessed from the bdrm, however the water heater no it must be located in laundry room or on back of the home
You did an amazing job. With or without talking

I like the price. Would like to see Jessup do tape and texture

The only thing I didn't like, was having a mime for a guide! Lol! No, it is fine! I'm just joshin' ya'!

Hey there howdy Nate I met you at papa’s market in woods bay I was subscribed already 🤠 thank you
Thanks

The water h😅must be relocated Nate
3 bedroom larger dining room and living room
The only thing I'd do is put brick or stone around the fireplace with a mantel and make the pantry a walk in and the shower a lighter color.

Oh to quite I don't like lol 😂 but it's a nice home 😊
