My mom is someone who doesn’t show her true colors…unless you’re her family and they’ve seen the awful side. She’s a manipulative narcissist and it was very hard growing up with her. I still don’t fully know or understand her!
Mine too, I'm the only one she shows her true colors too. I grew up without therapy and the internet, so I believed everything she said. The thing I was most curious about most my life was whays wrong with me and why is my mom different. Instead of getting away from her, I wasted years trying to figure this shit out. After a decade of therapy I still can't fully figure her out. What I'm saying is try to get as far away from her as you can instead of figuring her out, she will never change and you didn't earn how she treated you
There's no such thing as true colours, narcissists behave differently with people close to them because they feel differently to them, I'm tired of this "mask" bullshit people say every time, maybe actually research the brain situation your mom has to not fall for manipulation and not say the next time that you don't understand her? There's nothing she hides from you, she's just not capable of love, starting with herself, that's why "the awful side" exists -- it's unrealistic for people to give love to one person as much as narcissist craves, love should come from insde of you and not from other people. And if it takes a toll on you, cut the relationships, it's not your burden.

Leo I am kind of disappointed to see you promoting gambling when you know best how hard it is to struggle with mental health. I can't believe you are willing to expose possibly vulnerable people to that. Edit: also I feel like you have been getting progressively meaner in a way. I remember back when I started watching you I enjoyed the fact you did not insult people based on their appearance or at all honesty. It felt way more wholesome. Unlike whatever you have going on right now.
I think it's just UA-cam becoming more like work than being a form of entertainment. Perhaps when he started it was just a pet project and he felt more enthusiastic about the subject, now it's more of a routine job.
i was just thinking that he was being a lot meaner recently, like he even used to say "nah that was mean, i'm sorry i take that back" or something to that degree a while ago, and now he just full sends and doesn't think twice about it
Absolutely. I remember even over a year ago, he said a really nasty comment about a women’s body and I couldn’t believe it. But he’s been doing it more often now and people are noticing. I wish he would actually respond!
This video is wild, Gambling Sponsor, making fun of someone getting scammed but in a very distastefull way, telling her that "the red flags were there you just weren't seeing them because you looked through rose coloured glasses" comment, like dude maybe but even then it doesn't give the other person the right to treat someone badly and also it very well could've been that he presented himself as a great and kind person, promising her the world and she believed it, but one he had her locked down he let his true colours show. Also wtf was the "Jeffrey Dahmer in a wig" comment and all the other comments about her looks. Sure she should be much more skeptical when supermodel level men text her, but calling her many different ways of ugly is just rude like come on.
I agree. The fact that he called a woman from love is blind a “whale” well over a year ago (and countless comments about weight and looks about others since) because he “didnt like her” (because he didn’t like her voice- she literally did nothing wrong) he has left a really bad taste in my mouth. Even if you don’t like someone, calling her nasty names for her body type is basically telling all of his viewers that size or larger that they’re also “whales”. Oddly enough, I didn’t see one comment besides mine about it. I’m glad people are actually calling him out now, even though he NEVER once responded.
i get it, however i think if he decided not to say all things, i guess he wouldn’t have much to say, he’s trying to be funny.. however i agree about saying she had rose colored glasses, lots of people pretend to be someone else, then the real person comes out.. also shouldn’t promote gambling

@@2doot i see. Well solid take, given what you know about me and i assume crypto. I actually run a business designed to help people avoid crypto scams to promote safer investment strategies.
100% agreed that 99.9% of crypto is riddled with scams. But you think btc is worth $40k for nothing? There’s def more to it than your fave youtubers let on. Appreciate your candor tho homie, frfr.
With AI generating whatever kind of pictures of whoever you want and deep fake looking so real, in a few years, meeting real people online is going to be like winning the lottery 😂
her delusion is admirable
It's most likely the same Nigerian guy just changing profiles. 😂😅
Love the irony of his sponsor and the video is about a women being scammed 🤣
Scammers admit to who they are then say they are in love with you is a scam as well.
No actually, it’s not uncommon for people to change their behavior after they feel they have secured you, or they feel you have no way out anymore
I smashed through that entire channel when I first discovered it. Please keep doing them! I'm so happy that the madness is getting out
Edit: there's one where the catfish scenario slides into x-slavery and the guy is fine with it! It was so upsetting. Others are really sad.
Yes! I did the same thing when I discovered their channel and that guy was WAY super uncomfortable. For anyone reading this he literally got angry when he found out the girl he was trying to purchase wasn’t real 😬
"I love your personality! can you tell me what it is?" LMAO 💀
She sounds like all the Native American aunties I know, I would guess that is why it was difficult to place her way of speaking. It's very common on Reservations or in areas with big populations of Native people.
Kind of really disappointing to see youtubers i like taking a gambling app as a sponsor. I get money is money but that one is... Yikes.
Edit: to people saying "what's the problem?" I was born and raised in Vegas. Lived there almost my entire life, up until semi -recently. Have had SEVERAL close family members who have worked in the gambling industry, in several positions. I think I know what the fuck I'm talking about when I say gambling is a predatory industry and shouldn't be supported, and it's absolutely takes me aback to see it so casually brought up as a sponsor of all things. Really gross but I dunno, you do you. If it was any other knowingly harmful industry; say if he was shilling cigarettes, you'd all have an insanely different tune. "They're adults so they have the choice!" Is not an excuse when it's literally DESIGNED to be addictive.
at least its r18 and not targeting child gambling through paid chance loot boxes in online games
I find this is much more reasonable than those crappy kids casino apps. Draft kings is advertised all over other media like TV, radio, etc.
Some people go to casinos to gamble, some gamble online. What's the issue? It's not a gacha game for kids, it's literally a casino app. What's the "yikes" for? Grow up.
Agree. It's so bizarre considering how much Kick was criticized for promoting gambling but UA-camrs can?
@@kyuubisgirl3232 also draft kings isn't one of those crappy apps thT don't check ID, etc. They are legit and they follow all the lawz
"a sprinkle of crack on a peanut butter sandwich" 💀💀💀
SixteenLeo - why put down this woman’s looks? She looks beautiful and normal to me. No need to be mean.
Not trying to start an argument with you, but wouldn't you be okay with it if was a guy that was in the exact same situation as her and the video was about him and Leo was making fun of his looks, he even gave a similar hypothetical scenario of Stu
This poor lady taking so many Ls and it’s only been 5 minutes
I mean her first problem is going after celebrities at 53 celebrity age limit is usually like 23 regardless how old they are 😗🤥
This has become my favorite channel. It's hilarious, entertaining and the videos are well made. It's nice to just enjoy content with a creator that's not problematic and isn't a clout chaser. ❤
Thank you Leo!!!!!! We all need this after a long week.
My favourite part of this video is Leo not knowing who Ben Barnes is😭
? Who is Ben?
I had to cancel my bank card and get a new one because I paid for a 30 day subscription for plenty of fish one time, issue was they kept charging me and when I tried going to the settings to cancel my subscription there was a technical issue that wouldn't let me unsubscribe so the site itself is a scam...
I saw my now hubby of 9 years on POF. Then I ran into him at the BX on base. We ate lunch and talked for hours. I knew almost immediately I would marry him.
It was hard bc he is Asian and I'm West-Indian/Black and we had family racism issues...but I guess I have to thank POF. Sorry you got scammed, it happened to many people...
Video: about scams
Video: sponsored by a scam
i feel like this isn’t the type of sponsor to take :/
20 seconds... I'm already laughing 🤣. TYSM because I'm having a flare and your humor helps my mood!!!
man its crazy when these kind of people think celebrities are just gonna hop into their DMs out of nowhere but I guess 1 is at least explainable. Falling for it this many times in a row? Seems like she does actually know but she just continues it because its all the companionship she can find.
I really don't know how any of these scams work, but I guess I just drastically overestimate the average intelligence.
31:14 you're disagreeing with something thst is widely known to be true - by scamming people with poor photoshops and text, scammers are more likely to weed out less naive people at the start. So they waste less time on people who won't fall for it and are more likely to get money out of them.
If you're gonna talk authoratively on a subject, at least get some basic knowledge on it my guy ✊
bottom line of you fall for these you are stupid.
I wish I could live in this level of delusion. Maybe I do
That's a psychology degree from UNIVERSITY OF PHOENIX. That's like...a doctorate in fine dining from Hamburger University.
Her accent is Native American.
So glad you’re doing another Scamfish episode! ❤😊
She sounds native American, or Inuit. My sister's friend has a master's in psychology and she's always a doormat and a punching bag in her relationships. I've never met a therapist who followed their own advice.
I dont care about the sponsor Leo. Get that money homie.
Home girl is Latina
@@ashcatchumagree! You can tell English is her second language
Came here to see if anyone said that, I'm very certain she's US Native or First Nations.
A lot of Mexican, Central and South Americans are mestizo so I can see the confusion. The 'prosody' (accent) is different though: se escucha si eres o conoces gente latina quien hablan ingles segundo, suena por lo menos un poco diferente que como hablan la gente indígena.
That said, maybe not call it an 'alien' accent Leo 🤦🏽♀️😹
Im latina and she doesn't really sound like it. She sounds more like the natives who grew up on the rez.
dude, I don't blame you for being obsessed with this channel. Sometimes you just want to see delulu content lol
Man this was sad. I really wanna give this woman a hug
The thing is only people that would look past the bad photoshop would be susceptible to a scam like this. No matter how perfect the photoshop is, I’d literally never believe a celebrity was randomly messaging me. They could deep fake face time me and I still wouldn’t go for it. This is just so sad and weird on so many levels
Leo, why aren’t you crediting the UA-cam channel, catfished for these…would have liked to see you at least mention them in your videos.
“Scam her for less.”😂
How is even possible or real that a celebrity finds you attractive? Let alone message you? 😂😂
i love your commentary :D "No real human is like 'so you doubt me?? well witness my POWER!'" dying
Funny part about all of this is, the person who's getting "catfished" usually has a profile pic that's 20 years old and a hundred pounds thinner. So they're kind of catfishing as well.
I know I’m not supposed to victim blame but she got scammed FIVE TIMES I can’t feel bad for that
The comments on the original were saying how she’s now basically a willing participant. She’s basically paying someone to roll play a famous celeb for her delusional thinking.
The grandma rant was justified. And give Leo a break for the advertisement. American problems are not New Zealand problems
She needs to be put in a conservatorship. At this point she's not able to make financial decisions on her own. There's clearly a need for someone to step in and prevent her from (worst case) putting herself in a dangerous situation by spending all her money on these scams, not on housing and medical bills.
I really hope she has family who will take care of her, if not the government should.
Maybe making this public will be a warning sign for people around her and they realize, they need to do something.
Why are you partnering with an online casino? Yikes.
Another awesome video Leo, New Zealander here. Thanks for all the frequent content uploads always engaging and entertaining.
