Nice fight! When she does here long slash combo I seems you are holding the block button pressed the whole time but I guess that can't be. How do you perfect block her combo?
Thanks! Yeah, when you do successive perfect guards in this game, it looks like your character is just holding block. You have to time each perfect guard for each of the hits. I have an input display in the top right; I'm not sure if that helps show the timings of my button presses.

I usually let my specter attack her directly while I break her shield using the acidic spear it destroys her shield in three heavy attacks on her back
Why would you want to break her shield?

@@Marlon-iq4vv bc her 2nd phase she does an electrifying shield Rush that does hella damage if you break it in first phase the shield Rush does half damage
@@Marlon-iq4vv it only takes four -5 heavy attacks with the acidic spear to break her shield in first phase
Nice, just beat her, went more of a motivity high dps route, I didn’t do terrible at parrying, but I also tried to make it not necessary and just bully her. Never got the dive at beginning of phase one Right though, well done. Uploading mine now
Nice job! What weapon (or weapons) did you use on her if you were going motivity?
@@riple0 i used the police batton/wrench combo with acid grindstone, It really messed her up! ua-cam.com/video/3z_cmPKlCoM/v-deo.htmlsi=NixIV7jnPLgsBtgG shes weaker to stab but the acid made up for that.
You can parry the lightning balls she shoots at you in phase 2 and when she does the dive at you you can parry it for a massive stun on her

No! This was on a playthrough where I messed with all the advanced scaling weapons, and started from a fresh file! You get this weapon in this area. That's okay though as I wasn't too big a fan of this weapon 😆
Niiicee! How are you tanking those hits in your guard without taking any damage?
I am perfect guarding each hit! You can see the button pushes on the input display in the top right for each hit. Visually, it looks like I am just standing there holding guard XD. You can see me mess up quite a few times and if I don't time it right, I get hit.
@@riple0 I read in the comments later. Didn’t even realise the pad stroke in the top right. Amazing work man. I’m trying to do the same thing now but dying a lot. Slowly getting better though. Did you max guard regain in the P Organ tree?
I'm pretty sure as I always go for the guard regain as early as possible. Good luck! :)

Nope! That's probably accurate. The amount of "weapon destruction" you do from parrying depends on the weapon itself. In general, the bigger, more solid, the weapon is, the more durability damage it deals from perfect guards.
How come you don't lose HP just holding block in 1:30?
He is not holding, he is pressing. You can see controller inputs on right top corner

When you are chain parrying, it looks like you are holding guard on animation, but he is pressing indeed 😊
A shotput will stagger a white health bar boss btw. I STOCKED up on em in NG.
Yeah I kind of messed around with that on Walker of Illusion because she runs away to scream when she's ready to stagger. I just play for fun so my strats are suboptimal XD
Again how come Sometimes you hold down the block and still do perfect dodge... please explain that to me 🙏

Why is ur weapon doing such little damage? My acidic crystal spear did more per hit and that's super fast.
I honestly thought the damage was fine. I double checked my VODs and the weapon was even upgraded to +8. Maybe you just are better at making builds XD
@@riple0 At this point in the game you should have a max lvl weapon and maybe thrusting weapons do more dmg armoured enemies I guess? I was using the katana and it did very little dmg also.

It's one of the P-Organ upgrades!
How are u not taking damage when guarding??
I am perfect guarding! If you press the guard button just before the attack lands, it will only consume stamina, and no hp. You can distinguish this from a normal guard with the presence of the orange flash when the guard is performed. Visually, when there are many attacks in succession, it looks like the character is just standing there in guard, but you still have to press the button at the correct time (holding guard will just do regular guards). I have an input display in the top right; that may help with the button presses!

He broke her weapon from all the perfect guards
if you break her weapon, she immediately goes into phase 2, which he did thru multiple perfect guards.
