    I am about to order that Maxi 2.2 for AWC as well. Love GHL! Who makes your tank?

      It’s awesome!
      My big tank is a custom build by diamantaquarien from Germany. Not at all happy with the level of craftsmanship to be honest.

    My Jebao gyre is fine and it's 3 or 4 years old - love it... the new Maxspect where you can angle the flow in different ways is in my future though I think

      I tried two of them and they both crapped out on me within 3 months. One of us got unlucky or lucky haha

    You could get a snowflake eel or any kind of eel that would be so cool 👍

    How does the water charge work? You ‘dose’ 10 liter from the sump to your sink and ‘dose’ 10 liter Fresh salt water to it after? Do you combine this with an ATO?

    • @viking_reefing
      @viking_reefing  Рік тому +1

      Exactly. It both adds and removes water at the same time which negates any issues with the ATO.

      This guys is relatively new, about 2 months. I’ve kept them in the past for 5+ years though. Check out the care guide I made for them

    I was recommended BioDiversity , are you still using it and have you had any problems with it?

    Make a small rock wall where the sand bed is blown away in its pattern and encrust something on them.

      @viking_reefing  Рік тому

      I’d rather just adjust the flow to avoid the sand blowing around ;)

    Do you turn off your UV when you dose bacteria?

    Wrong it doesn't look crapy as hell with sand pushed up looks more natural to me instead of some perfect flat sand bed.😊

      Hahaha 😝 although I’m fairly sure I’ve never seen a glass pane on the bottom whilst diving ;)

    Viking you need to get that fish out of your tank (top right corner) before it is bullied to death. Envious of your tank it looks great.

      Believe me I’ve tried. Shoots right between the rocks as soon as I come near it with a net and won’t go in to a trap 😬
