200,000$ for just making it open plan and relocating the load-bearing wall? Why didn't Christina think about converting the Kitchen into dining and the dining as the new kitchen...that would have solved the ocean view problem and 100,000$ load-bearing wall issue

What? 100.000 ? Developed country is crazy expensive, for real. Anyway, the grout tile choice is ugly and make the kitchen looks cheap The husband is totally right about the non-grout thing.
