It's a shame Chris didn't at least communicate to Bernie during her battle with him, too bad they're not newtypes to do that. I bet they'll have the foreseen happy ending in Gundam Build Fighters if they do.
Even more ironic that the Alex was salvaged and built into the Tristan. It's like who ever gave it that new name knew about her and Bernie. The only way it could have been more ironic would have to called Romeo or Othello.
I friggin' hate Alex for that ridiculously OP external super armor. It denies any weak hits without delaying Alex's melee movement and wrecks you with a burning 200up Melee damage, not to mention it recovers fast.
+周生生 Not really, taking a hit with Chobahm active staggers you for a tiny bit, compared to other things like the Crossbone's anti-beam cloak or Quanta's shield bits which doesn't stagger when the player is hit.
They are still not immune to Melee and has limited use (for Quanta), while that of Alex can block even melee. It also denies attacks that have stronger priority than Alex's,
I'm worried that the Alex isn't in the new Gundam Versus for PS4... There is still no sign of it on the roster on the game's website, and I'm pretty sure there's already 90+ listed there now. If it isn't on the main roster, then hopefully it comes as a DLC suit if nothing else.
Just saw TFS play of it, when he's listing off the suits there is no War in the Pocket. I dunno if it's gonna be DLC or what, I just wish they wouldn't keep cutting stuff for the sake of adding others. Don't see why it can't be ALL in there
From what I've read (and seen) about WIP, I think the main character isn't Christina or Bernie; it's both. In my eyes, it's all about the struggle of a happy go lucky Zeon pilot, who has to fight a somewhat reckless but strong-willed Gundam pilot with a dinky Zaku. And then, in classic Gundam fashion, drama happens and such. But yes, the allure of Christina Mackenzie is strong, very strong. However, she is indeed a scary woman when she gets angry. You don't just simply try to anger a red-head who is voiced by Megumi Hayashibara... That will not end well for whoever tries that one. D:
Niku Driver HC Actually, the real main character is Al. We see most of the story through his eyes. Bernie comes in at the end of the first episode and we know nothing about him until the 2nd. Chris isn't the main character because the story isn't about her. She's just a supporting character and her role in the story is to show the consequences of war and is a symbolism that you never know who you're up against in a battle (whether it be someone you know or someone who is kind).
Neon Wave Ah, fair enough. I guess I am too used to the norm where a (good guy) Gundam pilot is always the main character. In essence, Al is the one who fills that role, whereas the battle between Bernie and Chris acts as the main background to his story. The whole "consequences of war" thing, of course.
I can completely understand why people would be debating whether Bernie, Al, or Christina is the main character in War In The Pocket. I have a similar debate regarding Stardust Memory. The official wiki, and many others, say Kou Uraki is the protagonist of Stardust Memory, but I'm convinced that the TRUE protagonist of Stardust Memory is Anavel Gato.
Nothing like watching Kira "Jesus" Yamato getting wrecked by a bronze age machine! Love Alex, always have and love getting to see it wreck house!
Christina's voice is so...... HNNNNGGGGGGGGGGG~>_
Mechalinker Gaming Christina in general is just HNNNNGGGGGG
Yep. I would ask her out. (Yes, I know what happened to Bernie, but he was a Zeek to begin with.)
She's voice by Megumi Hayashibara. She also voiced Lina from Slayers and Rei from Evangelion.
You guys are kind of weird.

+周生生 Well if you're trying to melee an Alex while it still has Chobahm on, then that's your mistake right there.
周生生 id call the excesses armour ia gigantic waist of time and gundam Alloy metal
@@connergaskell3950 it was the time when the Gundam is being upgraded with the latest technology which eventually lead to the MK 2 Gundam

BlueComet Do you understand how long it takes to make new models, attacks and strikers. We're lucky that we even have DLC characters
alex never was never in the game sadly
@@Lemon-sh7yc They were in previous games. It should make it much easier to incorporate them.
My fav Girl gundam pilot

I hope in the next DLC for this game they add either the Hygogg or the Kampfer from WIP. That OVA is so underrepresented in this game
Isn't Al the actual main character in War in the Pocket?
+Talessaga2 Yes
bernie?
Good this gundam doesn't look a thing like rx-78-2 not at all
Conner Gaskell It's not supposed to, it's supposed to be it's successor.
Well duh, it's literally part of the RX-78 series.
