First check if the 12V battery is OK as it powers all the devices , I think it includes bluetooth connectivity Sir.

While adding and binding device,it shows device not online error.
Does the scooter need to connect to network via SIM?

No Sir, you need to inform the dealer as they will have to add the motorcycle VIN number on the server database for it be added on the app.

Yes Sir, kinahanglan siya i-rehistro kay category L3 ni siya na electric motorcycle. Kung ang ebike/electric motorcycle top speed is more than 50 kph is need na siya i-rehistro so kinahanglan sad ni siya ug required drivers license magamit nimo siya on national roads and ccity roads. Apil naman sa package ang rehistro ani Sir.

@@RollyPetz another thing akong notice sir naa may NFC imng phone sir wa ka ni try ug copy or emulate sa iyang nfc card aron ma himo nimo ug NFC tag imong phone so that ang imong phone nalang ang e-tap nimo ni ae8?hehe...na try nimo na sir?😁
