    Yes sir! I've gotta totally practice that active hang more. And also the false grip even when I'm just training pull ups. Most of the time I get lazy and just grab the regular grip for my pull ups. 😤 Thanks Viktor. 👍🏾

    Awesome video my man!! I remember when I could barely do 1-2 unassisted pull ups. Seeing how I can do them with ease now, has to be one of the biggest fitness accomplishments I’ve done to date 💪 Thanks for sharing! 🙏

    I think it depends on your goal
    Muscular endurance = 12 pull ups in 15 sec
    Muscular strength = 10 pull ups in 20 sec

    Gr8t Vid Vitailty - so true on the grip - gonna work on the active hang! As for breathing - the more tired I find I am the more I start fake farting on the exhale sounds like it at least - working on the fix - ha ha .. thx dude
