If people don't get the Uruguay joke from Hammond during the points award: this episode was aired right after England was kicked out of the 2010 World Cup by Germany. A kick by englishman Frank Lampard that clearly got over the goalline was disapproved by the Uruguayan referee because, according to the refs, it did not actually went over the goalline. Hence the 'but it was on camera' remark by Clarkson.
This may be one of my favorite challenges...what I wouldn't give for a Euro spec E36 M3 sedan like that...what a find by Hammond!

dude the cosworth 4 banger is actually a very ahead of its time race derived engine and far from being stressed they had a hard job detununing down to 204 hp. the engine is designed to run 300bhp. and race cars ran 400 to 500bhp
