You can tell the that his final attempt was very studied, but once this advise internalizes in a few days i'm sure he can deliver this story flawlessly
Kudos! He is very brave for doing this on camera knowing it would be viewed by us all. He learned quickly (has a wonderful teacher), and we learned from him. Great job guys! Thank you!!
I'm 2 minutes in and I'm already in love with this video format, so much power to David who travel 10 hours for this, so much kindness from David to take the time to give value to others. That is exactly the kind of video format I was eager to see when the winner of the 72H free coaching was going to get its coaching. Thank you so much ! Now let's get to the rest of the video :D
Loved it !! and what a beautiful ending : let go of the past, be in the present moment and have a clear visualization of your future so you don't hope on it but take action for it!
Amazing to lissen to! I'm a stutterer that is trying / focus to speak fluent. To see u talk without any "effort" and bring it with so much joy is amazing! I will speak like you guys in some time just gotta work hard! Nice video keep it going! David amazing to see the passion go get your goal!
Dear Davids, I think the video is a marvelous proof of your optimal mentor-mentee relationship. I see both of you so full of energy. One being thrilled and excited to be with the master and the master being so supportive and loving what he is doing: supporting a young man who is totally ready to learn. Master David, I think your mentee has become more and more aware of the body movements and this impacted on the style of speaking. Thanks to your positive coaching methods and obviously also due to the meditation during the process this got well under control in the end. I also wish to put emphasis on the moment when you reacted on David‘s ‚I hope‘ response. I totally agree: hope is for the church. Work is required and will bring success. It has brought success to you, Master David; it will bring success to you mentee David and it will bring success to all who learn from you. Thank you so much for this perfect example. Greetings from Austria! We are watching you😊!
It’s not easy putting yourself out there in front of a literal professional like the lovely David JP Phillips, not to mention the thousands of people who have watched (and will watch) this video. Kudos to you Davids, both the teacher as well as the student! 💚🤗🤗💚
Wonderful, wonderful-more of these coaching videos please! David, could you clarify and elaborate why locking hands is frowned upon (e.g., 8:07-8:09)? Is it a forbidden? Or is it okay if used sparingly? As a casual audience person, I don't feel any detracting effects... But I'd like to know so I can be more informed!
What can I share of value to others is so key. What a great example of brainstorming how to gain that topic too. Thanks for the walk though of how to do this.
I am on a mission to improve my public speaking. This video is amazing. Just watching the transformation from start to end of the lesson is awesome and eye opening.
I love this! I really would like to see more of these, even unedited/very lightly edited would be very very nice. Reminds me of that amazing scene from dead poet's society where the teacher helps todd gain confidence
As for me... when there are video projects that are either required or not required (not required means the farewell and thank you videos) in our school... I like practicing improv and my grammar in English I know scripts can be good but I like it when you’re not robotic on camera and your speech sounds very natural... but actually the most important thing is watching these types of videos...
Hope someday you react to OTV Streamers such as Sykkuno, Toast, Valkyrae and others about why are they so famous. Would love to watch you breaking down why are they so loveble to watch. Anyways been a fan since your TED Talks Mr. David J.P Philips Sir 😊😊😊 More power to your channel
Hi, I have a question. Could you please give me some tips on how to get a message across as best as possible and keep the audience listening? I have to hold a short speech in front of my class so if you could give me any tips then I would greatly appreciate that.
Know what you're talking about. If you can explain your views/knowledge to an infant in comprehensible way, you can tell it to greater audience. Never expect your audience to know about a subject beforehand.
David, i know it isnt really relitive but, theres this girl i like in a volleyball club, but she doesnt know i exist, so i would like some tips how i can get her attention and make her like me. Ps: she has a brother i had training with Pss: Awsome video :D
Hey! I know this is a bit unrelated, but I absolutely love your videos that analyze content creators public speaking. I was wondering if you could do a video on Tommyinnit?

It prohibits the natural use of gestures. & Its also one of our instinctive poses when we feel threatened.
When David said 'that's very fucking good', I lost it
I already know this will be an interesting video!! Keep it up David!!
Thanks for the trust 🤗
Learning so much from you every day, David.
Mother of god! What an incredible student coach combination. Thank you for sharing!
Seeing the evolution through all the coaching sessions was incredible, what amazing progress and advice.

I saw you first time in Ted-X talks

Really nice video! You might consider making one for online presentations? e.g., zoom, teams, skype, etc? :D Usually for these people are seated
Why does guest David look like young Armin van Buuren? 😂

My advice is to use some sort of comedy to your advantage which will help lighten the tension but other than that I have no clue mate

Use storytelling
Amazing content. Though I hate presentations so much I have second hand nervousness from this
This is great

You should react to Bad Friends or Bobby Lee..
