Your guess was almost right! These locos are powered by the 16-645E engine, which is the biggest roots blown type, this latter feature gives it a strong resemblance to the elder sibling!
The major difference between a 567 and a 645 is is the cylinder bore. Those resignation indicate cubic inches. However, the 710's have the same bore as a 645 but possess a longer stroke.
