i never was into Pagan's Mind when i was younger but coming back some 10+ years later, i'm in fucking awe cos this is so good progressive truly is something you can only appreciate when you have refined your taste to a much more mature level
This just popped up in my feed. I decided to listen to the first song. I'm listening through the video. I'm quite impressed. I'm finding so many wonderful new (to me) albums and concerts put up during this Covid pandemic. Music has become my silver lining in all this. It always has been. Rock and roll people are always there for each other. Through thick and thin. Standing against the darkness with borrowed angel's sword, a six string, and a crossword of mighty chords.
Well, its good to know that my headphones aren't broken or that they suck at presenting the metal genre. I hear the dynamics very clearly, but if i listen to disturbed or a lot of other mainstream metal bands, there's something missing from them that makes all their tracks sound anticlimactic, subdued, and i think it's because of shtty mastering. Ain't a single thing missing from these tracks though! :D
Theres a old 70's band called Styx that could come close to singing that well! Theres some Pantera and Rammstein elements in there. Still original and new! Fantastic band!
Wow, unbelievable album! I have to ask though, did PM credit DT's Learning to Live at all for the last song on this album? Or is this just paying homage to them? Wondering what the backstory is on The Prophecy of Pleiades.
@@zexedearth89 Sabaton are far more interesting to listen to and many of their lyrics are steeped in reality and history. But yeah, you can keep thinking this Dream Theater tribute act are better.
@@whatthefua5685 I don't know but it is the specific track that introduced me to Pagan's Mind in all their glory, Pandora graced me with a track that seemed like generic PM (Power Metal that is!) but I realized the melodic talent the guitarist Jørn Lofstad had and checked out the rest of their material, very worth it....probably helped me discover like a dozen other talented prog/power acts on UA-cam due to recommendations
The guitar solos are so above and beyond what you typically hear in prog/power for expressiveness.....Jorg knows his axe
Senzadubbiamente tecnica fantasia cuore e tanta tanta passione 👍🎸💯☀️⭐💯
This a band that we should do everything possible to support them to do another album! Pagans Mind is phenomenal 🤘
Strepitosi arrangiamenti complimenti 💯👍🎸🥁👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏♥️😀🙏☀️⭐💪

Just got back into Pagan's Mind recently, they pretty much have a monopoly on my speakers right now, so damn good.
Wish they would make more
Ciao buongustaio 👍💯 questa è delizia per i padiglioni auricolari
Such an incredible band and I hope to hear new music soon from Pagan's Mind!!
This and Enigmatic Calling are the two greatest metal albums ever made \m/
Invinity Divine is their best in my opinion
Definitely not the best ever. But certainly among the top. Check out this album Death- Symbolic. Easily one of the best metal albums EVER.

Jonboy, if you like this one, the next three are as good, IMO. Enigmatic Calling is one of my favorite albums of all time.
OF EPIC QUESTIONS! MY FAV
Your music bring calm to my soul. Thank you very much Pagan's Mind 🧡
The first album I heard from this amazing band, and it's still my favorite

Spettacolare opera d'arte
I found this relaxing. I have heard this album from many yeras ago.
I want to conceive my child listening to this album.
I did
Will it be Human at least?? I doubt it
Fantastic ! The sound that feeds the spirit! !
Hahahahahahaha. Fucking epic. And yet this is the most underrated metal band ever. A passive observer of life's mysteries, indeed.
Back 2 the child. just awesome
This is a celestial album from Heaven!!!
honestly... I don't understand the world. Justin Beiber vs. Pagan's Mind.... these are the true artists man.
Pagan's Mind is my spirit animal

59:55 Under a Glass Moon riff inspiration? :)
excelente álbum.
Wow, unbelievable album! I have to ask though, did PM credit DT's Learning to Live at all for the last song on this album? Or is this just paying homage to them? Wondering what the backstory is on The Prophecy of Pleiades.
Nope and I tell you why... because DT used Yes much older "Heart Of The Sunrise" for that part in "Learning to Live" - just check it out ;)
Dude DT is always paying homage to their heroes as well, sometimes coming pretty close to completely ripping stuff off from them lol so it’s all good
Def a nod/homage, the lyrics even match in a line "With confidence and self control"
Can't just be a coincidence
Yaassssssss
I Googled "best music scream" (listen at 14:37) and this band did not show up. BAD GOOGLE....BAD.
The ending scream of "Hallo Spaceboy" PM's cover of a David Bowie song is pretty great imo, it's insane to me
Leave out to burn.

great album, but recently ads started intruding in the middle of the song. Not kewl yahoo!
adblock firefox
"Yahoo"....funny joke, man's living in the era this album released in
salut
How this band can be so underrated and shit bands like Sabaton and Powerwolf can be so famous, there is something wrong with the people
It's like Mysticism - it's not for everyone. Only the enlightened understand it. And not everyone is enlightened. Be glad you are one who IS!
Sabaton is a shit band? Hahahahahahahaha
@@GonFerrer90 yes
@@GonFerrer90 Sabaton is nothing special. While not being shit, its totaly mediocre and overhyped band.

The only good thing about this album is Dreamscape Lucidity and Of Epic Questions, I give the album a 5/10
Strange you like those 2 and not the rest. To each his own though.
@@gabe47505 Why do I feel like Dreamscape Lucidity is the second worst in the album lol
