This year Black Myth Wukong blew me away then we have Wuchang Fallen Feathers coming out soon as well as Phantom Blade 0 and now this, about time we're getting more games from China and Korea specially when Western devs fail to deliver on so many fronts.

@@adzi6164 I thought so too at first but in Wuxias they Don't use magical stuffs, they're great at martial art and Don't walk on water or levitate in the air and use seals and glowing lights to fight. But that's what I think Xianxias are, if Wuxias use some of these traits too then thanks for the correction.
@@adzi6164 The game is set in a high-level Wuxia world with Taoism, Buddhism, and lots of spiritual energy. in the beta, even the villagers were insanely beautiful and powerful more like cultivators. There are invinsible skills, calling down swords from the sky, buddhist giant palm strikes, and you can fly through the whole map or run across it leaving afterimages. The map also has different realms and a ton of inheritances from various immortals. it is said the main villain of the story is also an immortal/taoist.. (So it really walks the line between Xianxia and Wuxia - that’s why I compared it to being set in a spiritually rich world that could soon bear immortal cultivation) from what I also remember, there are a lot of taoist/buddhist skills, and most can control spiritual energy far beyond what normal wuxia martial artists would - like playing mini-games using spiritual energy with random civilians or healing people from Qi deviations and so on.
Finally, GodlyWu was right about the Chinese release date. Hopefully a global pc release next year. All i need is English subtitles and im good. Ive been trying to throw my money at this game since Beta!! 😂

Man Chinese devs have been cooking these past few years. Hope this one will be good. I do kinda wish they'd diversify more into different genres tho. But it's a good start.
As China is taking over the AAA landscape one of the worst things that can happen to people like me outside China is that there's no guarentee whether or not I'll ever get to play these games that I'm interested in.

So the game is done. That means all they have to do now is translate it and we get it right? I don't even care about dub just give me subtitles and I'm happy. I've got 2 weeks of saved time off for this.
It's not gonna be a souls-like title. It's an open world multiplayer pvp/coop/single player story (there won't be forced multiplayer) with character customization male/female, lots of activities similar to games like ghost of tsushima, assassins creed. There's gonna be more than just boss rush because in this game apparently you can be anyone and you can get each of many profession and not focusing on main story and watch the world burn. There are light microtransactions where you can buy only skins for your hero. Game will come out on PC, PS5, (I think it will come on Xbox but I'm not sure) and Mobile devices. Game is not made as mobile game. Sure it has some mmo mechanics but it's not entirely an mmo experience. With fighting mechanics it resemble games like Sekiro Shadows Die Twice because there's lots of parry and some Wuxia movie inspirations.
Sad that this good looking game have multiplayer 😭 i would love if that game was going to be like Sekiro: Shadows die twice and Black myth: wukong i mean non co-op nor multiplayer but it's okay i guess
It appears that Chinese productions may be the salvation of gaming, because this progressive rubbish, is not worth paying attention to, most of the games I've been playing lately are practically all independent productions, what's also interesting is that lately I don't watch movies and series, but prefer Chinese 3D animation and anime. I never expected to live to see such sick times.
