Nice! I bought the 2018 a while ago. Love the bike. (changed for my yamaha) Changed the renthal for a twinwall. (just personal preference) And bought an other rear shock,, couldnt get the Showa BFRC right. Now on the Reiger suspension and pro circuit lower linkage 🤙 Lovely bike. enough power to have a beautifull day at the track.
Good review, guys, RM keep it real. The only thing Id say re weight is, it's different testing than it is racing, if you are racing a heavier bike even with good balance LCOG vs a bike that's much lighter and an equal rider, you will fatigue more in 40m Moto that leads to mistakes, weight is played down but with a 450 inertia track conditions etc and riding at race level for me I'd still want as light as a bike as possible! The team guys can always shave weight so it doesn't matter as much for pros, but us gumbies it costs and costs allot to drop weight of a bike! Just my 2c Also disappointing to hear rumours of Suzuki possibly out of MxGPs and what does this mean in the US for the future!
Yeah, Suzuki made some good improvements over the last bike (at least that's what i'm told since I never rode the old model), but it still seems like they need one more year to refine a couple things, i.e., weight, motor, E-start, and they'll be right up there with the other brands. The more i've ridden the bike, the more and more i'm really liking the shock. More than i did on the 17' Honda if i'm being 100% honest.~Chase
Will do. As for now tho, it's the best looking 450 of 2018, no doubt. Also, if you're trying to get me to buy stuff off your website, I think it's working ;) Looks like you have what I'm looking for...
*Psycho's Neighbor* Yes, the new look on the RMZ is head turning. Buy stuff?.. I thought we were just talking bikes, but if you want to buy something for your RM-Z, WE know a place ;)!
You could do that. There are a few things that you may want to do for it. Also depends on what type of off-road riding you're doing. 18" rear wheel, stabilizer, hand guards for desert/offroad, and a heavier fly wheel weight, softer suspension settings for single track/trails.
Hanson Moto cuz ten grand better have the bells and the whistles . If they were light or fast maybe you could justify it but most the choices have estart I can't think of a reason to pick it over any of the other bikes .
Very nice bike!!
This is my 4th diferent bike, and I am very surprised with RMZ!! I think im holding on with Suzuki! 👍
Its half
the price of a KTM...and maint. is half the cost. Winner!!
A good honest review, nice work.

Suzuki's are one of the best bike's, but underrated.
Suzuki rmz is the best looking bike on the track. Change my mind. P

MaverickDH yeah, can't be good for the brand i'd imagine, not participating in the mxgp's

Excellent review.
Thanks!
I want to know about rmx450z unplugged the de-smogged
Great Vid. Thx .
You think I could buy one off these and convert it to an off-road bike ? You can grab these for a good deal

450 riders will complain about anything
Come on Chase why are you testing so slow?
bro this guy looks like a child on this bike :D
👍👍👍👍👍🎄👍👍👍👍👍
It's good enough to keep suzukis 7% brand loyal riders . No e start no deal for most of us .
wrench One I'm sure they'll make an estart pack to keep people happy
Whys the button such a must nowadays
Hanson Moto cuz ten grand better have the bells and the whistles . If they were light or fast maybe you could justify it but most the choices have estart I can't think of a reason to pick it over any of the other bikes .
Hanson Moto yes no e start isn't a deal breaker honestly, I'd rather kick it over anyways
If you cant kick a bike, play golf.
The dude sucks at riding how's he even fast enough to test the bike
