Yes it is for non Telugu speakers ,learning words first rather than learning sentences makes you easier.....don't jump into big sentences you feel too tough to learn

You have make sure that you know alphabets of telugu aksharamala and all sets please there are only 56 aksharaS lu used in plural sound please be aware at using and pronouncing that aksharam
