Snook for the RECORD BOOKS! Trip 17

Made another visit to "the compound" and managed some quality snook.

Great Video. Used to be able to drive all the way around back there. It sucks you can't anymore. I wish my kayak was light enough to get in there.

I've seen some boats back in some skinny water. You time the tide right I think you could be ok.

Recently I feel like I've lost more snook then caught. I say that based off footage I'm not sure should see the light of day 😌

Cool stuff man..I always wanted to go back in there, but was not sure if there were fish..seen shrimp jumping from the other side of the dike..now since Im Kayakless I only be able to watch you slam them. Nice fish and I love the way you respect them.

Thanks Bob. That compound is so hit and miss. The fish are there it's just a matter of getting them when they all are on the same bite pattern.
