Just as a suggestion, if you're going to do a tutorial on something, especially when learning technical things such as Sketchup, Blender, etc etc, I always find these videos more informative if words are spoken rather than trying to follow a pointer across the screen. You do make it look easy, but learning is 100X faster when someone can hear and see rather than just see. Plus I feel because I'm learning Sketchup, if you had spoken the instructions, I most definately would subscribe. The problem with other Sketchup tutorials who do speak the instructions, is they go way too fast. Tutorials are supposed to be made so people can learn/understand and its super hard to find a UA-cam channel where the host speaks 100% of everything they do, even when mistakes are made. Aside from that, your videos have helped me with things I couldn't have done myself
Great presentation. But I have a problem: at first, opening spaces for the windows using the push/pull was working, it was fast and easy. However, now, when i pull back a part of the wall to remove it in order to put the glass, i have, instead of "on Face", "On face outside active" and this does not let me open the space. Could you help me avoid that? Thanks.
It doesn't work like that for me in sketchup... the wall wont disappear if i extrude backward like you did. It's really frustrating
happens with me tooo i have done like thousand time to punctture the wall but it dont get disappear
true
I finally got it to make a window. Push the window in until the colors start to blur then it makes the window
Tony Edwards did that it doesn’t work half of time
Yeah I have noticed that also and very frustrating.
