you should first read clearly the manual how to use this device? As you use it totally wrong in your video! during the warming up the lamp is on! You should not use the steam button instantly and have to wait otherwise waterdropps came out of the iron. another point the pice of cloth you want to iron should hang on a hanger and do the steaming from above to down and with the top of the brush you remove gently the wrinkels
