Me: listening pausing and talk to the screen saying how you don’t know me while your literally describing my life😭😂
I’m baffled this is amazing
Really interesting point, I can relate to this topic and now I'm reflecting on how I can improve myself.
I've self sabotage each relationship I've had that was with a person or people I cared about or cared about me.
The best eight minutes and 56 seconds I've ever had in life! I gained so much from this session. As a former counselor, I can appreciate what you're doing and the nuggets you're providing to us! I saw a lot of myself in this session, especially the impostor syndrome and convincing myself I don't have needs or desires.
Yep. Yep. Yep.
AMENNN
Wow. it was really ment for me to be here...... and find this.....
Really appreciate you discussing this topic.
Love your hair. Podcast really had me self reflecting on my self sabotaging behaviors.
