In humid weather, the number of incidents involving systems with isolation faults increase. Tracking down such a fault is only possible at the moment it occurs. Often there will be an isolation fault in the morning which sometimes disappears as soon as the moisture resolves. In some cases, it is hard to figure it out what causes the isolation fault. However, it can often be put down to shoddy installation work.

Sir,mere growatt Inverter 6kw me "PV Isolation Low" kya same problem hai kya yahi?

@@mastersolarenergy Solution Given by Growatt 2 me-
Solution-
pv isolation low is because of DC side strings isolation issue .,if string connectors are not tighten well & not taped completely then water can ingress into it causing low isolation, so in this case inverter will only show the current low isolation status.
So plz turn off inverter recrimp all mc4 connectors from series and tape it well to avoid any leakage & make sure all string +ve & -ve to ground vtg decreases gradually then pv iso low can be troubleshoot from root.
There is problem with positive or negative wire of string
Sir if negative wire having isolation fault than i check it it's show 0 and positive wire show full string voltages
It means there is problem in extended wire

mere ko bi yahi problem a rahi ha
mere system mein 6 string hai
6 string ki voltage 670 hai
positve to earth grounding voltage 570 stable
negative to earth grounding 120 hai
invertor mein dc inject show kar reha hai
but i cant understand how to solve the fault
Jo bhi string me aa raha hai you can find the fault and this fails is in between module

Sir what is your experience of isolation fault on 100 kw inverter of Chinese make inverter like Solis, Huawei and sungrow.
We have noticed that Solis inverter is completely fail in case of ground fault.
Do you come across such incident where inverter did not trip against the ground fault and completely failed even after all string voltages are healthy.
Please give your contact number to discuss this with in details.
Ground fault protection is very important and I will tell in all Inveter this feature is available
If this is not available then there is a risk of electric shock to human body
