If you haven't checked them out yet, just a little info those 1963 are Barr notes referring to the signature of the treasurer which was only in office for 28 days. Makes them a little rare. The 2013b star note may have a 2017 twin out there do some research on that you'll be surprised bro.

Yes, an example of a "four pair" note would be 88331100. The SN 83013081is not a "four pair". They are also known as quad doubles.
