The Southern Surveyor was Australia’s only ocean-going research vessel, and for more than twenty years has been gathering marine data vital to understanding the topography and currents of Australian seas. Furthermore, in the face of climate change, monitoring activity in the world’s oceans has never been more important work for our future. Mark Horstman climbs aboard the Southern Surveyor as she embarks on her last scientific voyage, and deploys a floating weather station that will track the oceanic processes of climate change.

U put concrete ancoring chain on the bottom of buoy & it will not go any fuck where unless chains break. 5 chains anchored to concrete & wide float buoy, anti jack ass going no where.
I God & setting up floating buoy network for weather & tide type readings every mile sq near shore & every 2 or 3 miles sq in middle of no where ocean. Listening microphone & solar & wave energy & cell & emergency food is idea, for ppl lost at sea. A floating net 100k out from buoy. So at most the longest distance u need float & drift & swim to near shore is less than a mile. If u hve a vest on u can save yourself that short dist. Adjust the light on top to emergency flash & call out on phone.
Life & limb & easiest get tech must b in version 1, w/harder tech coming later time is ppl lives not saved & data not collected.

there won't b any where save on globe for subs except under the ice, dead tech, my planet my rule.
So it maps 500m below the ocean's surface, but we aren't given any pictures or video footage? What a disappointment!
Chinook but w/3 tall tower props 50% more volume & light hydrogen fuel long! range combined w/those new small boat w/tires instead of trailer craft can take over search & rescue ppl GoD's new design or at sea replacement or paroling & drilling. Fly 3 or 4 boats w/no trailer out to spot of last coordinates then deploying 4 small boats to stay on location or sub resupply is only way to do the job, or flying search bs by air.
Not allowed to fly over water w/just 2 engines God & losing 1 means dead chinook but not if using 3 & 50% more volume float ie my design. Boeing could hve not been satanic fuck devil corp & obeyed but instead ashes of corp or some1 will get the work.
wind power & tidal/ wave power is how the buoy will run.
