Hello James, first like and comment :). I prefer the freak.1 L, the midfoot issue does not seem as much of a problem for me due to my foot type. I would appreciate it if you could make a follow up video with the future z's as well.

Same tried them in the store. My feet are wider in the front then the back so these fit perfectly on my feet.
just ordered a pair of the gts. i was hesitant due to the sizing issue, but im now convinced to try a half size smaller so im waiting on those to arrive finally. i tried the predators but my foot has too much room in the toe box for sure. such a shame, i got tremendous help from the demon skin on passing/striking. i hope the gts work out for me. great video james

Have u tried go half size down for freak.1. It will solve heel and toe box issue perfectly.
yeah it reduces the size in the toe box but the boots don't fit because then they're too small.

I tested the gts turns out that extra space in the front is annoying me plus it gave me blister. I’m just gonna stick with my vapors or give the ultras a go
Yeah that's generally why I reccommend going down half a size in the GT to avoid the extra space issue. Worth trying out the ultras though great boots.
Had both and the freaks have been much better for me. Both pairs of gt’s had to go back due to falling to bits after minimum use
Excellent video! It such a tough thing, since both have glaring drawbacks. I just don't see many reasons why someone would take a GT over a Vapor. I feel like the Predator is more unique and stands apart from other boots in the market.
I think you're 100% right on all points here, not much reason to buy a GT over a vapor especially with the vapor 13 being available at some pretty heavy discounts and the Predator is certainly one of the, if not the most, stand out boot on the market
@@BootWizard Awww thanks lad. But yeah, like you said, there are so many Vapor 13s on sale now, it'd be dumb to grab the GT instead. And the Pred getting better means we are having a real competition again!
I chose gt over vapor because my foot wouldn’t fit in it😂
also with what you said for the phantoms it’s about your foot type because some people have different feet whether it be wider or narrower for me personally i have no problem with the predators and before i got these i had the copa sense and the heel was giving me blisters but for some it’s not an issue
to be honest I like the look of the predator more than the gt but I haven't tried any of them

If you want tight then the gt, if u want more comfort the freak IMO

UK 7 adidas boots are perfect for me lengthwise but very tight widthwise due to my flat feet.
Which is why I need a UK 7.5 so badly ;_;

Same problem that I mention in my reviews. It does improve over time but not enough for me to be happy with it.

They're really different boots it would depend what you're looking for in your boots.

Like I say hard to choose. The ghosted soleplate is phenomenal if you want a super aggressive soleplate with a very barefoot synthetic touch then that's the boot.
The GT is more forgiving and has a wider fit.
Honestly it's not a case of one better than the other it is about what elements are important

If Adidas could do something about the Demonskin to not fall off upon play then it will be a huge improvement for the boots. I like it but I don't want to spend that much money for something like a tech on the upper that will come off eventually. Such a let down.
I've found that it wears down which I have always expected but it is dependant on how much you use them
Idk which one to buy. The predators 20.1 or the phantom gt1. I'm a midfielder so I love a long pass and long shots but I also dribble alot. I've had the predators 20.3 for a while and they've been really good but I want to upgrade so gt or pred 20.1. Can someone help me?
As someone who owned the predator 20.1s i couldnt recommend them more the additional grip they provide on the ball is extremely helpful when controlling the ball as well as getting extra spin when trying to curve the ball as well. I will tell you that the grip on the predators will take a little getting used to. Hope this helps 🙏
