Am hungry 🤤🤤🤤🤤
So glad to hear!
Amazing! Brazilian food is often a fusion mixture style cooking :-D
True… it is the result of the mix of different people’s cultures (European, Indigeneous, and African) using local ingredients.
I put less than half a lemon juice and it proved to be too much, so I had to manage to rectify the acidy by adding some sugar, cream and onion powder and thus the final outcome was very good. Therefore try to avoid adding lemon juice (or add just a little bit.)
I can't wait to have a bowl of some of that One Pot Shrimp in Coconut Sauce! That looks so yummy.
Enjoy. This is a family favorite!
I will make it today with pangus fillet
Please make sure to adjust the fillet cooking time. It may be not the same for the fish as for shrimp. Enjoy!
Uauuuu que delícia ameiii like 💯👍👏 parabéns finalização perfeito 😋 hummm, vim pela hanamizuki receita já amei
Chingrir malaikari but with extra steps .
One question: what is the point of cooking the ingredients first and then putting them in a blender to make the sauce? Can you do it without cooking them first? Thank you! ^^
Hi! The purpose of sauting the vegetables before blending them in the blender is to release their flavor. When they are cooked, their natural oils are released bringing up all their flavor.
Uau! Que delícia de camarão no leite de coco. A finalização dessa gostosura ficou com uma cor linda e uma textura cremosa e muito apetitoso. Bom demais!! Delícia 😋👍
Joinha garantido 👍
Vou ficar por aqui sininho ativado 🔔👍
Good recipe! Keep it up! 👏👏👏👏

Where is the coconut??
Nvm
Coconut milk was added to the blender with the vegetables.
🤣😂🤣
This video would be great IF the measurements came up with the ingredients 🤦🏼♂️
The measurements are in the recipe. If you click on the link under the video you will be redirected to recipe and can print it to follow with hassle. Thank you for watching.
Very nice but too quickly people need to view how it's being prepared
Hi there! Thank you for your feedback but I think it shows enough of how this shrimp in coconut sauce is prepared. This a tasty-style quick video, not a cooking show. If you want the entire recipe you are welcome to click on the recipe link and print the recipe. Thank you again!
Impossible to read directions
Why? You just need ot click on this link which is on the caption of this youtube video. www.easyanddelish.com/shrimp-in-coconut-sauce/ You can print the recipe there or take a screenshot. ;)
Cream Cheese?????? erm Yogurt!
Hi Steve! Cream cheese makes the sauce thick and creamy. Yogurt can be a suitable substitute, but it won't make the sauce as thick. You can try to reduce a little the amount of liquids and use plain Greek yogurt which is thicker than other yogurts. Be aware yogurt can make the sauce curdle a little. I advise you to whisk the yogurt with about 1/2 cup of the sauce separately in a bowl until homogeneous and then mix with the rest of the dish. Or you can blend the yogurt with the vegetables in the blender. Enjoy!
@@EasyandDelish Thanks - yea, I usually use plain thick yogurt in curries - and sure you are right about it curdling, of course. I usually add at the end when off the heat and cooled off the boil... but another thing with using cream cheese is to check what muck they put in it as far as preservatives and flavourings go; if you can find 'real' country cream cheese... but even then, I'm not convinced it needs a cheesy flavour (although mild). Mind, you Americans put cheese in everything LOL. :) P.S. I really appreciated that you got back to me. Top job.
Lot of damn oil
Actually not. It is just the right amount to cook the shrimp and the veggies. If you want to use less, go ahead and see how it turns out.
@@EasyandDelish Actually on your website you say "You can certainly use less oil especially if you cook this stew in a no stick pan. I would suggest to use 1 1/2 TBSP oil for the vegetables and 1 1/2 TBSP oil for the shrimp." (versus 5 TBSP total called for in the recipe)
@@nogisomee Thnak you a lot. It is a great suggestion! I used 5 tbsp because it was what took to cook my shrimp and vegetables in the size of pan that I have. But of course, anyone can adjust the amount of oil depending on their pan and needs. TY again!
Way too much going on.
How so? You only have to prepare the sauce, cook the shrimp and then mix them together.
You don't eat food with flavour lol
@@higherlearning95 I think this is a very simple recipe and everything that is in it is to make it flavorful without all the junk.
