I think that Kai would win the first round because of his vampire speed which makes him faster than Hope and would allow him to rip her heart out before she could react. He can also siphon her powers and use them against her. Beyond that, he is very smart and knows Hope's biggest weakness which are her friends. But if he manages to kill her, she would become an activated tribrid and she would be as fast as him, almost indestructible and immortal since the white oak stakes don’t exist anymore. So for me, Hope would win in the end. But if Kai is able to siphon Malivore, they would be as powerful and could kill each other.
