Im here in 😊 the comments section to ask for an in-depth video tutorial of this addon, and thank you again for your contribution to our community, Paul.
I think AdvancedThemer and BricksForge are the two tools that you HAVE to get when working with Bricks. Please Paul provide us more videos of these two.
Thanks for making time to go through this plugin and showing us how powerful and useful it is. To be honest, I've been looking for a more intuitive way to create style guides for WordPress projects and it's been a pain. This plugin promises a lot. What about button styles? That's so important, you know? Currently, it's quite difficult achieving a proper hover effect with transitions on Buttons in Bricks Builder. Unless I'm missing something, but I'd appreciate it of you could do another video on this plugin extensively. Thank you.
Awesome intro to a brilliant first-release product. I have only spent about 30 minutes on this plugin and can see it will be amazing. And, Maxime is a super good dude so everyone should just buy this :) I was just about to record something. What I will do is a use case and some recommendations and just refer back to your video.
Damn Paul, this was in my feed again and now I’m stuck on do I want this to be my primary “go-to” tool for a framework or should I use Automatic CSS. The setup of this seems to be a bit more intuitive than the other option available. I’m super intrigued and like many others, would love to see a full site build integrating Advanced Themer as a part of it!
Paul, you’re my trusted “go-to” source for clear cut value and functionality of tools. In regards to Advanced Themer, do you see the need to, also, have to run ACSS in addition to this as well when making a design process easier using Bricks or would you recommend it as a stand-alone add-on without having to use ACSS in addition. Just curious as to what your take on this would be.
thanks Paul. Looks a lot like ACSS with more options and a nicer UI. Do we know if it adds "bloat" to Bricks? How are those Google Page speed scores looking (before and after plugin install) ?
Love this. I was looking at the plugin website, and couldn’t really see what it offered… I just purchased the LTD on the back of this video - please do more! :)

Hi Paul, I have the latest Advanced Themer update and the Playground option does not appear. The dash when I have it active now says Admin Bar but when I want to see it I want to run it, the option does not appear at the top.
To be honest, I don't have a copy of OxyProps to be able to test and compare. But, I believe it's more framework orientated over AT which has elements of that included, but is more about being a Bricks utility.
@@WPTuts Thanks for mentioning those differences. I'll continue to do some more research, as I'm quite new to this. Your videos, btw, are excellent. Thank you for putting them out!
I am considering, lately to switch from Elementor to Bricks, for the speed. Now I found out, that basic things that I take for granted in Elementor, like global style, requires additional plugins on Bricks, witch is a paid only builder. So I get the speed with Bricks, but then I need to keep installing plugins ( and pay for them ? ) to get the functionality of Elementor Pro? How many plugins do I need to install on Bricks to get to equal Elementor Pro functionality? Will the page still be faster with all other plugins installed? It is the same story as with Gutenberg somehow …. Please give an objective response if you can, thank you.
Hi Paul, thanks for this video. Looks like ACSS with a bloated GUI. Does this actually make it easier to work with? Would love to see a comparison of the two.
I would love for any of the many gurus that are now refugees from Oxygen Builder to make a video showing a one-on-one comparison of latest version of Oxygen Builder vs Bricks and elaborate on why Bricks is a superior product to Oxygen builder! PS: No bringing up the politics of business decisions. Only the technology.
To accomplish a project, bricks alone can't do. You need a couple of plug-ins. Bricks features are half cooked. Lack basic features in form and woocommerce, no ajax popup, no mega menu.
It doesn't. How does one get the idea? ACSS was initially written for Oxygen and later got Bricks support, while AT is designed with and for Bricks in mind from the get-go. ACSS is primarily a framework, with completely pre-built classes and variables and dictated workflow, while with AT you get the ability to create your own little framework. It is much more flexible.
Actually there is alot missing here. For example where are color transparencies? Also, when using that frontend playground you never show anything actually "working". There is a huge difference in showcasing "features" vs "working features". Also the backend admin, definitely needs to be condensed. ACF has even shown developers how to condense these backends that developers have put together. My point is in your video do you see how far your scrolling in the typography settings? That's crazy! Sorry, as a developer this needs alot more work. AND, it doesn't even come close to OxyProps / BricksPops! For example, while in the backend editor.. BricksPops right click menu and EVERYTHING is right there for you AND everything auto updates in the editor!
Im here in 😊 the comments section to ask for an in-depth video tutorial of this addon, and thank you again for your contribution to our community, Paul.

I second that!
Thirded ! Or just an in depth tutorial on using the main features. Great product that sorely needs tutorials.

How does this compare to ACSS! You should consider making a video on different CSS frameworks and how they compare with each other.

Yep. Please do make a full video - thanks Paul
thanks Paul. Looks a lot like ACSS with more options and a nicer UI. Do we know if it adds "bloat" to Bricks? How are those Google Page speed scores looking (before and after plugin install) ?
Their site scores 90 in mobile and 100 in desktop, so it's a good sign
ACSS is my way to go for sure
@@cuaran89 great! It would be good to know some of the your reasons?
Thank you Paul, I was waiting for this. Please can you please do an in-depth tutorial about this, thanks again

Glad it was helpful!
Yes please a more in depth use of it would be great. As well as bricksforge and it’s animation gsap part
Do i even need Core Framework if i have this? It seems to do the same and much more.
Also, what is the one plugin for Bricks you value most?
I would love to see this tool in action with a design. Make some love with Bricks 💟❤❤❤
Go go go, thanks for first video about AT.👌
ACSS has similar features too. Colour palette and some of those fluid typography and spaces.
Go for it Paul, waiting to see how you create a site using it 😜!
Thanks 🎉 purchased it a while back but never got into it. I’ll have to try now
I’ve always used GP, but I’m really tempted by Bricks.
i just made that move - wish I'd done it earlier.

Maybe it's moved since you made this video, but I'm having trouble finding the Typography section.
also wonder how clean the final css looks like . compared to others like winden+tw that promise a tiny clean css
+1 for more detailed tutorial.
similarly you can create type and color libraries in bricks and assign them names. how does this differ i wonder (except for ease of use)

I think you need to make a new video on Breakdance. You did when it was in beta but now is way better than a year ago.
That’s probably not going to happen I’m afraid. I don’t have a license to test it.
yes please good tutorial to design a bricks website with Bricks and Advanced Themer with dark/light color toggle switch

full site build tutorial please paul
