It depends, we live in Australia and it’s in southern hemisphere so in Australia we should not sleep in south. Same logic that you are giving. I hope you will clarify this

Hello Dr. Smita keeping head towards south east is better option when the directions fall on the corners of the bedroom. Right ?

Hello ma'am, Please guide me which direction my head should be when the main directions East, North, south and west are corners of my room..
So I placed my bed near to wall where head in east (approx south east) and legs in north ( approx northwest)
Earlier I kept head on NorthEast direction and I was fine ma'am but head on southeast direction is giving me constant headache everytime from day 1 I changed bed position..🥺
So should I still keep head on southeast direction ma'am?? Coz I can't change room, I'm in hostel..

Not generally, but then it would depend on which family member is occupying that room

No remedies as such, try sleeping you head towards the opposite direction (EAST), that will be better

Jo single beds hote hai corner me usme kaise pata chalega.. like north west corner me hai bed
Check your compass and check where exactly the bed is coming. If it is coming between North and West then you might get you answer
