First Part is choreographed by Laura Shannon. Second Part is choreographed by Jimmy Drury (Nelda Drury's son). It is a nice combination of steps to do both choreographies and fits the pattern beautifully if you do Laura's dance 2x and then Jimmy's 3x and Repeat.

Hi, I thought it was a traditional folk dance. Was it just created by a choreographer 20 years ago or so?

Jonathon Neville It was choreographed less than 20 years ago. The first part is the dance by Laura Shannon (a sacred circle dance choreographer) and the second part is the dance by Jimmy Drury (an international folk dancer)
