I have followed these guyes since they had around 5k views on their videous:) Watched them live in a little hall in sweden! They dedicated "halfway home" to us -Love from norway! Hultsfred!!
@sollge i can assure that i am not an idiot. i own many electronic albums including 'english riviera' by metronomy. i might have been misunderstood, but i was just trying to say that sometimes music like this is all you need. good, guitar music. relevant or not.
Yes, this borrows the riff from the intro of "I Fought The Law", the version recorded by the Clash although originally it wasn't their song, so I don't know what happens on the songwriting credits.
i love these guys, dead exciting. no fucking about with art-school music and shit electronics, four good lads, with guitars and drums making fucking quality uplifting music.
@Jamesanglo to anyone that thought by one two three four resembled I fought the law, no. He means that beginning sounds like the Clash- I fought the law..
@MrDan2593 yeah i have nothing against this kind of music but as you said perfectly they lack edge. this is exactly what i mean as well liam was a great front man one of the best of all time and for me the best since i was born ( 21 years ago) yes black keys for me are the best band in the world at this moment in time. forgot to put them on my original post. even they're hip hop collaboration side project Blakroc was a master piece.
@TheGrumpyOldTeen exactly bro! gotta leave the brain outta music sometimes, so much of good music today is very intellectual, sometimes you just need good no-thinking-allowed guitar tunes..with oasis gone, these guys seem like a suitable replacement
@ruggy19 I don't mean this with an edge or anything, but just out of curiousity, if "guitar driven music" is in so many words, dull, these days. What instrument (or touch pad, no offense to you cause i don't know exactly what your stating) makes music feel new and exciting? I only ask cause i hear statements like that a lot, and i'm sure it can be backed up/clarified, but I don't understand because I personally feel it's the talent behind the instrument, not so much the instrument.
@TheBonbonKid haha thanks dont get that reaction from comments usually " fuck off" or "you don't know what your on about mate". Id never heard of them but i will sure be looking more into them now they've got much more swagger than most bands these days. people try and shoot me for saying this but i do like viva brother there track love is a time machine really hit the spot for me lol never really got why people hate them so much
@MikeLss1 nah that's cool. yes it does take pure skill to play guitar but it take pure skill to play bowls don't mean i want to watch it.I have no problem with guitar driven music really at all. my problem is there is no variety. most bands these days seem to bum this tinny libertinesque sound which now days is just over used. i want some big heavy riffs with swagger in my rock music again.
Please, please come back.
I think this album is the most underrated record. Every track is a banger
I still listen to their song even though they are gone from each other.
They're back together now 👍ua-cam.com/video/I9dIPmKp9vk/v-deo.htmlsi=yKCjWNy_ZDUtj1tG
I knew this was long ago yet i’m still listening their songs.
Very very underrated band
Fantastic!

@musicynic totally agree with you, herd this all before,no feeling, no passion.
@Jamesanglo i hear more "we're not gonna take it," melodically anyways, but in spirit its more clash
Creo ue son historiases. La imaginación da para eso y mucho más
When the drum starts you know what's about to go down
Pre-ordering the album as we speak. TRIBES.
Reminds me of the Clash!
@uuchoob The Clash were quality! This really does sound inspired by I Fought The Law though.
Everyone's new favourite band
The cure for the new generation
@sollge i can assure that i am not an idiot. i own many electronic albums including 'english riviera' by metronomy. i might have been misunderstood, but i was just trying to say that sometimes music like this is all you need. good, guitar music. relevant or not.

@MrDan2593 yeah i have nothing against this kind of music but as you said perfectly they lack edge. this is exactly what i mean as well liam was a great front man one of the best of all time and for me the best since i was born ( 21 years ago)

@ikilledmacdre and the advert took up 5 seconds of that!

Remind me of BRMC and that's not a bad thing!
@TheGrumpyOldTeen I was gonna tell you to calm down but i saw your account name xD And it's very true absolutely love this band!!
fucking amazing,my fave new band, heard them on tees rockshow last sat nite
The start sort of reminds me of the Question Of Sport theme tune.
FUCKING YES
@choccyqueen3 NME awards tour? I went in Bournemouth :)
@Jamesanglo If it's what I'm hearing he or someone is saying "One, two, three, four." Not sure if that's what you're talking about though.
@0MetalCat0 he means that the beggining of this song looks like the beggining of an another song (i fought the law - the clash) :p
ahh, gostei :)
the openeig guitar... sounds like the clash i fought the law... but I', not complaining :')
@classicrock3000 the whole song sort of does but there both tunes so I don't see the problem ;)
@ikilledmacdre Took me ten seconds 'till the ad came up.
@TheGrumpyOldTeen exactly bro! gotta leave the brain outta music sometimes, so much of good music today is very intellectual, sometimes you just need good no-thinking-allowed guitar tunes..with oasis gone, these guys seem like a suitable replacement
@andywebster1000 Correct except I would have said...... FOALS!
So..there is such thing as good indie. TRIBES.
gosteei ;)
Top band, for a quality new tune look for 'Kartica - Don';t You Think So?' they're the beesnees
So fucking cool.
WATER

@countingmoons That definitely looks intentional.
there is no justice
@TheBonbonKid haha thanks dont get that reaction from comments usually " fuck off" or "you don't know what your on about mate". @rAWRAWization couldn't give a shit mate, still a great guitar band to me. by electro i meant slightly more extravagant effects than echo.
Saw these last night
yeah, and it took s club 7 one song to get into the charts and look how lasting their music's been, oh wait...
everything is awesome.. excluding instrumental
NME AWARDS
2 chord wonders

@MrELEPHANTMAN23 good news dude, there is now almost 67 times that many views. 5 days later :D
In a perfect world Tribes would be bigger than One Erection.

they are far too underrated
I'm sure all 301 views are all from me, TRIBES!
