Pure Generators are the largest population of types in the Human Design system. We are about 35% of the population. Some things are common to Pure Generators and Manifesting Generators. I have trouble getting through the plateaus. Coaching has been on again off again for 6 years. Now I’m certified in HD I feel a connection with it more than the other coaching programs but grateful for all the tools. Can’t let myself get stuck again.

I'm a pure generator & I don't understand the uh huh or uh uh part of it. From what I read it's an actually sound you get/make (?) This isn't true at all for me & makes absolutely no sense to me. I get a feeling in my gut to tell me yes or no, but no uh huh or uh uh at all. The rest of it all makes sense to me just not that part. Is it possibly due to me using my intuition instead so this maybe no longer applies to me? 🤔

My experience is that different people experience their Sacral Authority in different ways. The main thing is to make sure it's not verbal and not emotional. If you're getting words or a strong emotional sense, it's not your Sacral. It could another aspect of your intuition -- and the Sacral is a form of intuition -- but it's not the Sacral. Many people find the sounds beneficial when learning to feel their Sacral. For me it's mostly a spinal movement. Helpful?

that feeling in your gut is the sacral response. for me often the feeling is in my head. i do sometimes make sounds, but mostly it is just a feeling.
