Bryan Cranston: LBJ Used His Size To Intimidate | Hardball | MSNBC
Bryan Cranston is obviously a very talented actor and high caliber one at that ever since his breakout TV series Breaking Bad. The producers chose the right actor for this LBJ docu-drama.
2:28 your johnson is even better in the movie
Didn't even catch that. Have a thumb.
Lmao
i wish this had of been a theater film!
Wow I will have to watch this.
It took the makeup department 90 minutes each day to get LBJ's ears onto him correctly.
The civil rights bill will probably be remembered as of more importance historically than his screwing up Vietnam. Therefore, he will be well remembered by history. Or so it seems to me. Bill Moyers said Johnson was the most intelligent person he ever met.
Vietnam became politicized early on and our soldiers were treated worse than dead-beats. Such a tragedy and national disgrace.
@David Powell Street smarts are among the most practical and valuable forms of intelligence, but I think he was likely talking about Johnson's skill and foresight as a political planner and operator.
Moyers was not intelligent!
In The New York Times on April 3, 1966, Moyers offered this insight on his stint as press secretary to President Johnson: "I work for him despite his faults and he lets me work for him despite my deficiencies." Dude, get your facts straight!
A recent documentary on LBJ revealed that he had gotten to the point where Vietnam was going to come to the peace table to work an agreement to end the war. It was 1968 and Nixon got in and convinced Vietnam too wait till he was elected and he will give them a better deal I’ll never forgive Nixon for that Trick !!!
Cranston is brilliant.
Fantastic HBO Political Drama, Cranston was superb as President LBJ
LBJ was a scared of Everett! This movie is such a lie!
Martin Luther King never trusted JFK, R.Kennedy much less LBJ.
I do the same. Much effective.
History Matters, What we become matters, #Vote
Great performance very accurate
is he talking about height or jumbo?
Both
Now we know that Walter White was president
After today, those Kennedy boys will never bother me again. November 22nd 1963.
Is that a real quote? He probably said it before the assassination given they always had a poor relationship, but not on the day
Ugh my god stop with that nonsense
High quality video content! I have another question: someone transferred me some usdt and I have recovery phrases. ----------- How can I monetize them?
Thought he meant Lebron

I miss Chris Matthews, he had a boss a lot like LBJ in "Tip" O'NEILL
This will be good. MSNBC may not have journalist, they do however, know how to pick a good mini-series. ;O)-
Mackie must know somebody. They are trying to make him a huge star. But i think he is to static as an ator.
Johnson was a klansmen when he was texas
The million dollar question is who's crazier or more dillusional.....LBJ .....or Chris Matthews .....
Lisa Gy lbj hands down
So that is why the southerners became republicans very flimsy reason IMO.
Segregationists aka Democrats
