I'm not one for flashy tag lines that trumpet silly absolutism so First, Break All the Rules doesn't do it for me. I think it's dumb. But Buckingham exceeded my expectations in this video... thoughtful and provocative, with insights that ring true. A little more nuance would be useful and I would like it if he acknowledged the work others are doing on followership and leadership - it's easy to kick against the big names while failing to mention or credit those who have invested a lot of time on trying to fix it.
