Infamous means "when you're more than famous". However, not even Ned Nederlander can find the "in-famous" scene in this You Tube clip - because it isn't there!!! Nonetheless, it is an interesting recap of the show.
I never saw “Cheers” in its original run. I was bartending at the time. When I saw it later in reruns, I was never impressed. I thought the spin-off “Frazier” was a much better show.
Shelley Long never had hooters anywhere near that big. Ever.
EVER ! well said my friend
This is a come on. Nothing took Cheers off the air except Ted Danson getting bored with the role.
So I watched for the episode that ended Cheers and got a building code dissertation instead...absolutely riveting.
I still watch the reruns.
where is that infamous scene that took cheers off the air .??????????????
Never missed a episode also went to the Boston Cheers
2:24 was Rebecca... the come back Queen was Carla!
I loved That Show 😊 🎉

joew9609.
I thought "infamous" meant notorious.
'Infamous' means 'famous for doing wrong things.' No trace of Cheers ever being that.
Two things made me click. DRAT! Fooled again!
I'm seeing 706 subscribers, enough said??
Maybe the fact that I like pineapple on pizza (especially Hawaiian) is the reason I was never that impressed by Cheers.
Pineapple on pizza is great 😃

Totally agree. Frazier had a much tighter script and much more depth.
What's wrong with pineapple on a pizza? Let the replies begin.
This was pathetic and I stopped watching after scrolling through for two minutes. No scene was ever played.
Where’s the hooters ? I’m only here for them.
