I’ve always used the round Husqvarna bulk lines, but recently in a pinch I grabbed a small spool of Black Diamond. I was blown away how different it was. About to order bulk but searching YT vids at 5am to see if the guys think the same or if it was all in my head. I recall in the past not liking twisted and shaped lines but I was really impressed with this stuff. Thanks
I’ve liked black diamond for cutting but edging I just use .130 echo crossfire on my gas units. On my battery stuff the max I can use it probably .105, I think.
I bought this .105 black diamond for my 2620 cause I was at a job and had to fill the line 5 times.. so I ordered 1300 foot roll of the 105. My only concern is the thickness effecting the Spool on how it extracts the string
It’ll feed fine as long as u have a head tht accepts it. I’ve put .155 through my speedfeed 400, 450, and 500 heads and they all fed fine. Just had to drill the hole out a little on the 400 and 450s
I'm trying to figure out what line everyone is using with the 410x , i picked up that twisted line but in 095 , I'll get a small one but at what size do you think? Has 42.7cc

I’ve been impressed by in and in fact still have the round bull Husqvarna line in my garage. I can’t go back!

I can’t believe you went through so much of it! I can go a week or two without ever having to refill it on my 2620.

Doesn't the twisted shape have less durability than the round shape? Is it because of the difference in diameter?
Lasts way longer and slices through the grass easier because of the shape. Give it a shot, you won’t be disappointed over your regular line.

410x comes with the speed feed 500, specs recommend the .095 Black Diamond
105 is better and been using it 4 to 5 years .
