- Sugarless! No oven! An easy and HEALTHY energy dessert in 5 minutes of preparation. I mixed everything and put it in the refrigerator.
Simple and delicious. Cook with pleasure and good mood.
2.5 oz (70 g) dried plums. 2.5 oz (70 g) dried apricots.
1 cup (100 g) walnuts. 1 cup (100 g) hazelnuts.
0.7 oz (20 g) unflavored gelatin.
1/2 cup (120 ml) very hot water, but not boiling water.
14.1 oz (400 g) white unsweetened Greek yogurt.
Empty juice or milk carton.
2 oz (55 g) dried cranberries.
Place in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.

3.5 ounces (100 g) unsalted butter, room temperature. 1/2 cup (80 g) coconut or brown sugar.
Vanilla.
1 egg.
Salt.
5.65 oz (160 g) cake flour. 1 teaspoon baking powder.
3.5 oz (100 g) baking chocolate chips.
Place in the freezer for 45 minutes.
Bake in preheated oven at 374F/190℃ for about 12-13 minutes

Recipe no 1. Nuts are better soaked. Do you have soaked nut recipes please. Yoghurt, fruit and nuts are super healthy. Gelatine is also great. As a non meat eater I miss out on animal gelatine in my gravy. Thank you for reminding me its something that I should supplement. ❤

В первый рецепт для тех, у кого аллергия на орехи, можно добавить вместо них изюм и измельчённые банановые чипсы. Тоже получается вкусно, я попробовал.
А если аллергия на лактозу? Чем заменить йогурт?

Dried fruit has higher sugar content than regular fruit and most dried fruit actually has extra sugar added.
Fruit is not the same as sugar. Fruit has vitamins minerals and fiber. It digests different and is healthy
