Banks heists have become super boring.. There used to be a balance, where crims only asked for no spike strips and free passage, then it was on the cops to capture them with air one and as many cars as they could use.. If the crim's plan worked, they would escape, if it didn't, they would get caught. Now, however, cops have EMP, bikes, interceptors and so on.. and demanding them to drop either one of those costs the crims any chance of putting in place an interesting plan.. Like, you want 1 less interceptor? No water, no vehicle swap.. no off road. Cool. Glad they sacrificed the interesting part of the game for cops to have more things to use as leverage, as well as to guarantee them the capture.
