Always love your vids! Another “pro tip”, put your wings in the same cooling rack before putting on smoker. That way, when ti comes time to pull them off they come off all at once.
Awesome way to make wings been running mine that way for a bit. Good tip about leaving a layer of fat for crispy ruined a couple of batches figuring that out. Yes, the baking soda way does suck.
Man oh man I’m gon make these this weekend for the fam! These gon go perfect with some of your watch-a dill pickle spears!! I picked some up at the storefront a couple of weeks ago when I was I town for work, Chuck and Matt are the best! Thanks for the hospitality!
@@KosmosQ I have watched your videos for quite some time!!! You’re bbq/ cooking skills in general are top notch!! I just recently found your seasonings inside of Walmart. I thought I’d just try 1 for the time being but I’m going to be picking up the rest of them now. 😂😂 delicious seasoning so I have high hopes on the rest of them!!! I picked up the cow cover. What an awesome seasoning. it was late the night I got your seasoning inside of Walmart but I was dying to try it out. So as I was shopping in the store I was like what’s something super quick I could make to try this seasoning out. I know this is going to sound strange as I’ve never thought to do it either. I went and bought a premade roll of summer sausage. I cut the casing off of it and cut it into 1/4 inch thick slices. Then I put those into a ziploc bag and coated them with cow cover and gave them a good shaking. Once coated thoroughly I let them set for 3/4 mins to let the seasoning adhere and start its magic. While I was waiting I got just. A regular skillet and melted 3/4 tablespoons of butter in it on medium heat. Then I fried those thin summer sausages in that pan of melted butter. This is my absolute favorite snack now. So simple so easy and that seasoning on summer sausage of all things is killer!!!!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 I’d love for you to try it sometime. I made my first steak with your seasoning last night and it was the best steak I’ve ever eaten. To the point where I was able to eat some pieces of fat and I’ve never been able to do that with any other steak in my lifetime!!! As always thanks for the vids and the awesome seasonings. I was wondering will the Texas beef seasoning ever be sold in retail stores or is it online only? thankyou so much if / when you reply as I’m sure you’re a very busy guy!!
I like to put them on a gas grill, seasoned and with a basket of smoldering mesquite scraps and let them ride until the skin renders out. Then toss them into a gallon size zip bag with a couple splashes of my favorite HEB wing sauce and give them a shake. The bones pile up nicely.
I'd like to try wing dust but it's too damn expensive. It costs more than the wings do. It's like more than doubling the price of your meal just for seasoning.

How much time in the fryer, great video
3-5 minutes or desired crispness
Yep, what Tom said!
looks great, please let me know the name of that fryer. I'm looking to upgrade.
Just one we got from a kitchen supply store, but it's huge!

Roasting the wings at higher temperatures can make them crispy too. I can't stand a rubbery chicken wing.
Love this and love that supreme granite countertop too!
Appreciate you 👊🏼💥
Hands down the best way to cook wings!
You know it 👊🏼💥
I know what I'm cooking this weekend!
You won't be sorry 👊🏼💥
I just use a Vortex and a Weber kettle. hot & crispy every time.
Nice
We NEED to see these in stores (so many people have NO idea:(

Title is a little misleading.
Yeah, but is it?
Or you can put them in the air fryer. Problem solved
