by the time your 13-16 weeks pregnant, the baby actually has their tastebuds and they can start tasting the food, so actually the baby can taste the breast milk too!! so there you have I’m not 100% accurate but I am sure it’s somewhat like this!!

Btw: Babies have a since of taste even as newborns it just develops over time. When the baby is born she will be able to differentiate between sweet and sour but she will prefer sweet! Hope this helps ❤️
