Where's the best place to power up all the devil arms and how would I know if they're completely powerful enough to use?
@@JakeRBlaso-nh7oq anywhere you can 1 shot an enemy or the arena, if I remember right they go up 1 atk for every kill but it won't show on the stats. You have to look at the dmg numbers.
