  • Arborland Junior High is an award-winning Montessori Junior High program that applies Montessori hands-on learning philosophy to the adolescent age. Small class sizes provide teenagers the opportunity to develop strong lasting friendships with like-minded peers and a protective environment free from many typical adolescent peer pressures. At Arborland, the students have a voice in their education, whether it is creating their own elective classes, pursuing individual career mentorships, or developing service learning projects to give back to the community. About Arborland:
Located in the city of Fullerton in Orange County, CA, Arborland Montessori Children’s Academy stands out as an excellent private school for the community. Infants, toddlers, kindergarteners, elementary, and junior high students are given individualized instruction that is attuned to their skills. This is made possible by our 1:12 teacher-student ratio (1:4 for infants, 1:6 for toddlers). The school also provides a safe and nurturing environment where the children are encouraged to explore and learn as much as they desire.
The teachers at Arborland Montessori Children’s Academy hold the Association of Montessori Internationale (AMI) or the American Montessori Society (AMS) teaching credential. The majority of Arborland Montessori School teachers have been teaching at Arborland for over twenty years. Moreover, we regularly provide professional development training to ensure that all our teachers have the most updated knowledge and skills to help your child. They are professional educators who love their students and are dedicated to their work. Arborland Montessori Children’s Academy is recognized by the Orange County Department of Education.
